Welcome to wine country with a view! Located on West Bay, our property is 5 minutes to Suttons Bay and less than 15 minutes to Traverse City. Located minutes from multiple wineries, breweries, and eateries. Also easy access to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Glen Arbor, and everything Lake Michigan has to offer! This three bedroom, two bath home sleeps 8. It sits on m22, overlooking West Bay and Power Island. Everything has been renovated in 2022 and all items inside are brand new. We only use as a Airbnb and over the years, with experience from our other properties, we think we have stocked it with everything you need for an amazing stay.
Make any meal you wish in our fully stocked new kitchen with granite counter tops and all new full size appliances.
Gather around the farmhouse table that seats 8 while over looking the bay. Grab one of the many provided games and spend the evening catching up with friends and family next to the gas fireplace.
Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, two with king beds and one with a queen, all have brand new memory foam mattress and new microfiber sheets. Each room with extra pillows and blankets!
Two full bathrooms, both updated, are stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, personal soap bars, q-tips, hair dryer, and even hair ties for you ladies (and the man bun)
A large laundry room with plenty of folding space is yours to use with brand new large capacity washer and dryer.
The family room has a queen sleeper sofa, extra seating, 50inch television with streaming live Hulu and Netflix, record player and access to the deck and backyard.
While the home sits on West Bay, the steep hill makes accessing the water from the property not possible. There is a public beach less than one mile south of the home.

The entire house, including the garage is yours for your stay. We do keep the basement locked for safety reasons.

Smart lock means that you can check in at your convenience. A custom door code just for you means added security and a code that is easy to remember! While we will not be on the property, we live close and will be available via text/call if needed.

Views, views, views! Located on West Bay, with unobstructed views from the home. This home is easy access to everything Leelanau and Traverse City has to offer. Within 5 miles of multiple wineries, Hop Lot Brewery, and many restaurants.

Bring your bikes as the TART trail is close! We do recommend calling around to cab companies to make sure they can pick you up from downtown if going out for the night. Lyft and Uber are not always available depending on the day.

Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
Please remove shoes. We have a lot of cool rugs we want to keep clean for future guests!
Please use black wash clothes for make up removal.
Please take trash bin to curb on Mondays and return it to the garage after pick up.
Quiet hours: 9p-8a. This is a residential house and we like to make sure our neighbors are happy.
