The resort-style outdoor haven includes an ultra-private heated pool and dining patio -- complete with a gas grill and outdoor color-changing mood lighting in the pool, providing added allure at night! The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve and Sand Key State Park are a short drive away, as is the Belleair boat ramp with bait shop and Clearwater Sailing Center. There are tennis courts and fishing parks within a 5-minute walk. Busch Gardens is only 30 minutes away, and the Orlando Theme Parks are about a two-hour drive. Spring training camps for ML Baseball's Pirates, Phillies, Blue Jays, Tigers, Orioles, and Yankees are a 25-70 minute drive.

Kitchen: Tap into your culinary side in the chef's kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a roomy French-door fridge. Other provided amenities include a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Room: Share home-cooked meals at the eight-person dining table, or head outside to the deck with outdoor seating for 8!

Living room: Tile floors run underfoot in the family room, where you'll discover a modern sectional and comfy love seat. A 65” smart TV with 175 channels, including HBO Max, SHOWTIME & NFL Network sets the scene for cinematic movie nights. The well-appointed living room features high ceilings and nautical elements. A pair of comfy sofas make this the ideal social spot!

Bedroom #1: Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the master suite and watch your favorite shows on the 43” smart TV. The master bedroom also has an en-suite master bathroom!

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Appointed with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Includes a plush Queen bed, a 40” TV, a dresser, and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: A single vanity sink and luminous mosaic tile adorn the walk-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #3: A pair of twin-over-full bunk beds round out the third bedroom

Outdoor Area & Amenities: A lush lawn, tropical gardens, and a stone patio await you in the fenced backyard. The glittering pool is heated for your comfort, and plenty of chairs offer a place to relax on the sundeck. Colored pool lights add ambiance to nighttime swimming. Fire up the gas grill on the covered patio, which features an outdoor granite kitchen and is equipped with a fridge. Enjoy alfresco meals on the covered patio, or dine on the breezy deck. Three outdoor tables seat 12 total.

Extra perks: Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided! This two-story home is accessible via a short flight of stairs at the entryway. Please note the neighborhood quiet time is 10 pm.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 4 parking spots. Street parking and use of the garage are not permitted.

Location - The beach is a 9-10 minute walk through low-speed limit neighborhood streets and a pedestrian walkway from your Gulf Coast getaway, or a 2-3 minute drive. The fragrant Florida Botanical Gardens await in a 5-mile drive. Get your nature fix close to home at Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (2 miles). History buffs will love visiting the Indian Rocks Historical Museum (2 miles). After an outing to Splash Harbour Water Park (2 miles), choose from a plethora of local restaurants within a 15-minute walk.
