415 Harbor Home is a family-friendly, beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a saltwater pool, and a fenced-in yard, and is a short walk to the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. This home is ideal for families as well as executive meetings and retreats with its fully fenced-in backyard, quiet neighborhood, two separate living spaces, and ½ block from a park with tennis, basketball, and playground. Some family-friendly amenities include pack-n-play, baby 3-in-1 high chair/booster seat, kids' munchkin bowls, games, and art supplies such as coloring books, crayons, washable markers, and sidewalk chalk. Some convenient beach and outdoor amenities included are beach towels, a beach cart, sand toys, folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, pool floats, two adult bikes, a three-wheel bike with a cart, a bag board game, and free weights. 415 Harbor Home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with famous Sand Key and Clearwater Beach just to the North and famous Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk are to the South. Golf cart available for rent (waiver is required)!
The home has been newly remodeled and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 living spaces; each with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and laundry room. For extra convenience, there are two desks for remote work or learning, free 5G wi-fi, a landline available, and a wi-fi printer.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cabinets that house quality cookware, bakeware, blender, utensils, cups, and dishes. Other kitchen amenities include in-the-door water and ice refrigerator, Keurig, carafe, coffee grinder, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, knife block, and toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining room with a six-top table is just off the second living space and has a backyard pool view. There are also French doors leading you to the relaxing outdoor living space and pool.
Living Room #1: The main living room has a large sectional sofa with a pull-out sofa bed and a 65" smart TV.
Living Room #2: The second living space has a sleeper sofa, a love seat, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, desk, nightstand with lamp, 32" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with large vanity top, makeup mirror, and tiled walk-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed, nightstand with lamp, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, ceiling fan, and nightstands with lamps.
Outdoors: The outdoor living space is ideal for experiencing Florida living! The saltwater pool is heated and chilled with a beautiful mermaid sculpture just above the waterfall feature and is in the center of the serene yard. A fully fenced-in yard is full of green grass, palm trees, and a mature tropical landscape, and when in bloom the scent of Jasmine flows in the breeze. Weber charcoal grill and grilling utensils are also provided to cook meals in the fresh Florida air. Catch some sun in the pool loungers, dine at the six-top dining table, or sit and relax in one of many outdoor chairs. There's also a large umbrella for the times you choose a bit of shade. Golf cart available for rent (waiver is required)!
Garage: Provided beach amenities include 8 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, a beach umbrella, a rolling cooler, boogie boards, sand surf toys, and a beach cart! Other amazing amenities include 2 adult bikes, a 3 wheel bike with a basket, free weights, a yoga mat, tennis rackets (2 adult and 2 children's rackets), 2 camping chairs, and a corn hole game with boards and bags.

2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
5. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 non-aggressive breed dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Golf Cart Rules: This home has a 6-seater golf cart that guests can rent directly from the Owner (not Beaches USA). Instructions for renting will be inside the home after check-in.
