Some family friendly amenities include: pack n play, baby 3 in 1 high chair/booster seat, kids munchkin bowls, games and art supplies such as coloring books, crayons, washable markers and sidewalk chalk. Some convenient beach and outdoor amenities included are beach towels, beach cart, sand toys, folding beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, pool floats, two adult bikes, a three wheel bike with cart, bag board game and free weights. Coastal home is located in a well maintained neighborhood with famous Sand Key and Clearwater Beach just to the North and famous Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk are to the South.

This well thought out property has an ideal outdoor living space with a serene saltwater pool that's both heated and cooled, fully fenced in yard with tropical landscape, outdoor dining set with umbrella, outdoor chairs, pool loungers and pool floats.

The home has been newly remodeled and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living spaces; each with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and laundry room. For extra convenience there are two desks for remote work or learning, free 5G wi-fi, landline available and a wi-fi printer.

Dining room with a six top table is just off the second living space and has a backyard pool view. There are also French doors leading you to the relaxing outdoor living space and pool.

Fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cabinets that house quality cookware, bakeware, blender, utensils, cups and dishes. Other kitchen amenities include in the door water and ice, Keurig, Carafe, coffee grinder, blender, Air Fryer, Waffle Maker, knife block and toaster.

Outdoor living space is ideal for experiencing Florida living! Saltwater pool is heated and chilled with a beautiful mermaid sculpture just above the water fall feature and is in the center of the serene yard. Fully fenced in yard is full of green grass, palm trees, mature tropical landscape and when in bloom the scent of Jasmine flows in the breeze. Weber charcoal grill and grilling utensils are also provided to cook meals in the fresh Florida air. Catch some sun in the pool loungers, dine at the six top dining table or sit and relax in one of many outdoor chairs. There's also a large umbrella for the times you choose a bit of shade.

When heading to the beach just grab the beach cart and fill it with the beach amenities provided and head West! This home has a two car garage and space for four cars to park on the driveway.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
5. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

This property provides 2 parking spaces.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1-2 non-aggressive breeds in this rental with paid non refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

The city of Indian Rocks Beach has a wide array of local restaurants, beach shops and sweet shops to visit! There's also fresh produce in the complex with Chicago Jax and Yellowbanks just East on Walsingham Road that has fresh Florida grown citrus fruits, jams and orange ice cream.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
