Wenn Sie es satt haben, dass der Urlaub in einem Hotelzimmer eng wird. Seascape Villa bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause. Komplett eingerichtete Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, dekoriert mit einem einzigartigen Stranddekor.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch für Computer, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und ein dreiteiliges Entertainment-Center. mit Flachbildfernsehern, DVDs und Stereoanlagen. Große Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Picknicktisch, die zu einem der Pools und Lagunen führt. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und eine Stereoanlage sowie ein renoviertes Hauptbad mit einer begehbaren Dusche aus Marmor für zwei Personen mit Glastüren. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten und einen Fernseher.

Unser Komplex verfügt über zwei Pools, mehrere Lagunen mit Springbrunnen und einen Privatstrand mit Cabana (Toiletten). Radwege und Verleih befinden sich direkt vor der Anlage. I really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed many times in this complex and this unit was the nicest one we have stayed at. They did a great job when they renovated this unit. The host did a great job givng us the information we needed. The location is great. Close to pool, beach and the park. One tip: use the paths inside the complex to go to the beach. Saves time and is more enjoyable. The complex is well layed out and maintained.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our three-month stay. The beach was only a few minutes away and we walked there every day. The pool was located right outside the back door. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Communication with our host was excellent and she answered all of our questions promptly. She kept us informed of activities taking place around Hilton Nead during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a wonderful first visit to Hilton Head and a pleasant stay at this cozy condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and helped round out such a great trip. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great shops/food. Also, conveniently located to other areas of the island, including Sea Pines. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway to HHI.

This condo was good for a girls weekend at the beach. The location was walking distance to the beach and has bathrooms nearby which was nice. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs supplied at the condo. The condo itself is very cute and has a lot of potential. However it could use a deep clean and a little extra care.

Excellent location!

This was a great house. About a mile walk to Coligny Plaza and close walk to the beach and Loggerhead Bar which is on the beach. House looked just like the pictures. Only thing I would recommend is bring plastic cups for your drinks by the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Villa Near the Beach and Pool!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

Almost everything was good. Beds were comfy, as was the living area. The cable TV service was a bit lacking. Other than common main networks there wasn't much else. The number for the unit was difficult to see after sunset. The numbers blend in with the background. The narrow stairs with 4 or 5 turns were a bit surprising.

We offer over 150 channels on the Sparklight/Hargray app, plus smart tv's have Samsung tv channels, we also have Netflix available. Amazing!

The condo was a good size for us and our two kids (6 &12). The kitchen is on the small side, but we didn’t cook much so it was fine for us. Great location and the owners are friendly and easy to work with. Would stay here again!

Love HHI

Just an amazing time! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach! The pool area is right out the back door and was awesome when we’d had enough of the beach. The condo is also conveniently located so it’s a few minute bike ride to Coligny! Sandy was very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We fell in love with Hilton Head way back in the early 90's and purchased our first property many years ago. Since then, we have had several properties and love coming to the island. We try and come as often as we can. Many things have changed on the island over the years but the beauty and uniqueness have remained the same. We strive to keep our properties update and comfortable for all of our guests to enjoy.

Seascape Villa's offers two pools nestled in a area of lush tree's and Palm Tree's overlooking several lagoons . I enjoy walking the winding paths thru the property over bridges and walk ways over the lagoons. We are a short walk to the beach down a private beach walk that offers a private cabana (restrooms) for Seascape owners and guest. We have the bike path directly in front of our complex. Walk or ride bikes down the beach or bike paths just blocks to Coligny Plaza to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy the new Lowcountry Celebration Park for summer events.

Hilton Head has plenty of entertainment to keep the whole family entertained, but has keep the small town charm that makes you keep coming back.
