This beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath home is located in the beautiful Solterra Resort, which is central located to all the attractions in Orlando. The home features a private pool, game room and Movie room. The resort amenities include a large gym, pool, lazy river, water slide, playgrounds, tennis, food and so much more.

The house is huge! The pool area is amazing and you’re only a few minutes walk from the clubhouse pool. I would say that the furniture is showing a lot of wear and tear and some of tue hard to reach areas were pretty dusty and dirty. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Pool and spa not heated before we got there then had issues with heat so only enjoyed a little of pool to cold for kids lips turning purple. Only one tv worked had get guy takes care of place to get Rokus for tvs and wash cloths. Some dishes not clean as good as could have been. Didn’t hate the place but could have been better since I booked previously so knew I was coming with my family.

Such a gorgeous house and neighborhood

The house was perfect. It was big enough for our group of eleven with plenty of room for everyone to have the own space. It was exactly what we needed for our 6 day stay. Even though several of us were visiting theme parks almost every day, it was a nice place to come back to and relax before bed. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the game room as thats where they spent most of their time when we were at the house. Everything was nice and very clean. If we end up in the area again in the future, we will most definately rent this property again.

Florida Softball

My family stayed in central Florida to see my daughter play softball. Although my daughter played on the space coast, this house is in a great neighborhood. Getting in and out can be a struggle depending on the day but that was a minor inconvenience. The manager was great and was easy to contact. The house is great. We had 12 people staying and everyone had plenty of room. The house is well taken care of and clean and comfortable. We went to many of the area attraction and the drive was not too bad for Orlando. I would definitely rent this place again. Although I did not use the clubhouse, it is a very short walk.

Great home!

We had a great stay in Davenport! The host always answered very quickly. We loved having the two dining and living spaces. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Everything was very clean except the floors needed to be mopped and the rugs need a good cleaning. Other than that, the house was spotless. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our party of 11. Very easy check-in/check-out porcess. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house - definitely 5 stars! We stayed here with 12 people and it was the perfect place to accommodate our large group. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. There were plenty of dishes, including pots and pans for cooking and bakeware for baking. There are two waffle makers and even muffin tins, so we enjoyed making our own waffles and muffins for breakfast. There are two options for coffee - a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Plenty of linens, extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The host was very prompt in responding to our questions and we had good communication throughout our entire stay. We were one of the first renters for this listing, so there were some items missing from the games room when we arrives, so the host had brand new items shipped to us the next morning! There was a slight glitch with the projector tv upstairs, so the host had management come the next day to address the problem and he was very helpful in sorting it out. We were very impressed with everything this house has to offer! Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Fantastic House!

7 of us just stayed at this 6 bedroom house for 13 nights. It was really a fantastic house in beautiful Solterra - you can enjoy extra amenities at the Clubhouse. Owner was great with quick communication & was very very generous towards us. House was clean & felt pretty new. We spread out in this spacious house. True to pics. Big bonus - is that there are several large sitting areas with very comfortable couches. Living Room, Den, Upstairs Bonus "Theatre" Area, and a sofa-bed in the Master bedroom too. We spent a lot of time in the house so all of these comfortable sitting areas were amazing to have. There were also 2 dining areas with lots of seating which was great! Additionally, we enjoyed the game room in the garage. The pool in the back was great. We did not pay for pool heat - we figured that it would be warm enough considering it was 90 degrees for part of our stay, but the water was a little cool, and would have been more comfortable had we ordered the heat. There was a pool volleyball net and ball and we enjoyed a game of volleyball in the pool too. The kitchen was spacious - was really great to cook in. The beds were big and very comfortable. A little bonus that we enjoyed was the upstairs front porch. Sat out there in the morning or late afternoon / dusk when it was a bit cooler with lots of breeze to eat or play games at the table there. The palm trees in front blowing in the wind -felt like we were on an island. No complaints! We'd definitely stay here again!
