With free parking, beach chairs & towels provided, and proximity to dining, bars and water sports, this is the ideal home base for 2-4 people looking to enjoy Florida living.



The Space:

Self check in at your own private front door, w coded keypad. No need to visit a front desk to check in, or handle keys.



Light, bright, clean and well equipped property walking distance to Siesta Key, the public beach access, restaurants, bars, tiki hut, ice cream shop, marina, deli, boat rentals, waterfront dining, and more!



Peek-a-boo views of the boats passing by on Sarasota Bay from the living room. Pool view from the bedroom.



Heated Pool outside your front door. Table and chairs on your own front porch for al-fresco dining. Shared pool deck with sun loungers, gas grill and fence for privacy.



General maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaners may be onsite periodically, but they will not be inside your unit.
