Die Wohnung befindet sich 250 Meter vom Eiffelturm entfernt und die Luxus-Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk einer sehr sicheren, sonnigen und ruhigen Wohnung (Tore, Residenz-Concierges, Zugangskontrolle, Kameras, 2 Aufzüge, 2 Wohnungen pro Etage ...) 200 Meter von der Metrostation (Bir Hakeim-Eiffelturm Linie 6 direkt nach Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, Trocadero, Gare Montparnasse ...) oder City RER C Bahnhof (Champs de Mars, direkt nach Versailles, Invalides, Musée d "Orsay, Gare de Lyon ...)

Diese 3 Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer) Wohnung von 78 m2 (850 sq ft) mit 2 geschlossenen Terrassen von 20m2 wurde im Jahr 2014 in der oberen Klasse komplett renoviert.

Sie werden es genießen, auf den Eiffelturm zu blicken, der auf Ihrem bequemen Bett des Master-Zimmers liegt, sehr shinny am Morgen, Sie können ein sehr romantisches Abendessen für 2 auf der Terrasse des Schlafzimmers haben. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich alle auf Paris und Denkmäler (Eiffelturm, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, Invalides, Tour St. Jacques, Trocadero, Grand Palais, Tour Montparnasse, La Defense ...).

Sie betreten die Wohnung direkt in der Lounge mit offener Küche wie ein Loft und bekommen von dieser großen Lounge eine New York-ähnliche Aussicht mit einer Terrasse, wo Sie essen können (4 Personen).

1 Esszimmer in der Lounge mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Gewürze, Toaster, Nespresso-Maschinen mit Deckel, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank ..), ausziehbarer Esstisch für 8 Personen.

Ein komfortables, umwandelbares Queensize-Schlafsofa befindet sich im 2. Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum 2. Balkon.

Ein Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken und italienischer Dusche. Heizregale für Kleidung. Handtücher, Badekleidung und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views of the Eiffel Tower were much better than expected! We watched Eiffel after sundown many nights with a glass of wine or champagne!

Great nice apartment with good kitchen soaps for dish washer and clothes washer were provided. Eiffel Tower views were splendid. Would suggest replacing mattress with a firmer one.

Stunning View

Truly the view from the apartment was worth every penny! It was also nice having a large back patio. The apartment is a great size and could easily accommodate 3 people or two adults and a child. The location is great for walking to an from major sights and restaurants. My only negative was that the shower/floors could’ve been cleaner. But truly I would high suggest this property!

Lovely Upscale Modern Condo in Great Location

Sebastien was a great host and his condo is in a great location. Secure easy access, walking distance to many sites like the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, Jardins de Trocadero, Champ Elysees, Arc De Triomphe, Musee de Armee, Musee de Orsay, Place de Concorde, Louvre, Bateaux Moches boat tours and more. Large selection of restaurants with multiple cuisines are within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Also, very close to the Bir Hakeem stop on the #6 metro. With the NaviGo card (a must on Paris) everything is a short ride on the Metro, which is fantastic with the number of routes. Sebastien was readily available via WhatsApp and cell phone to answer any questions. One of the best features not noted in the description is the blackout shades allowing almost no light and enabling a great night's sleep for jet lagged travelers. Great time for our first visit to Paris! Thanks Sebastien! Tha Adams

The apartment was listed as having air conditioning, but sadly it did not. The apartment was listed as having a gym, but it did not. The mattress was unacceptably old and gave no support whatsoever. Very disappointing. The apartment was listed as having a clothes dryer, but sadly it did not. The pictures showed a dining room table so my family had somewhere to sit and eat. Sadly, the apartment did not have a dining room table whatsoever. The couch was as old as the mattress and sorely needed to be replaced.

Wonderful Views

The condo is in a wonderful area, there are several terrific restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries all within easy walking distance, and the building is very secure. Champs de Mars/Eiffel Tower - RER/Metro station is a short walk away as is Bir-Hakeem Metro. There are two lifts that take you to the unit on the 14th floor with plenty of room for luggage and people. I would not recommend more than 2 people in the unit at the same time. The "second bedroom" is actually the owner's office space. Because it is the owner's personal living space and not a managed or non-occupied unit, it is cluttered with the owner's possessions. There are also some inconsistencies between the listing and reality; most notably the absence of a claimed clothes dryer. There is also no way to accommodate 8 diners in the eating area despite claims in the listing.

Well .... I'm a little bit surprised by your behavior.... you have left me a letter of nice comments and a bottle of wine to thank me for the nice stay, then when back, you have try to get a refund.... It's my main residence, so there is personal items that are not a problem to welcome guests normally ( it's not a hotel). There is a desk on a side on the 2nd room ( 13 m2), but also a confortable sofa bed. Only one room are on the Eiffel Tower as stated in my message. Dryer is on moving racks as written on the listing and you have a tower dry central heater in the bathroom. There is a table of 8 ( expandable coffee table) and I don't understand why it's your interest as you were only 2 ,80% of your stay, 4 one week-end. So all your statements in the review are wrong... After more than 150 rentals, you are my first 3 stars review.... ( only 5 stars)

Great place in Paris - will come back!

Owner did a great job in communication, assisting when we arrived, and even helped us get transportation back to train station. Sebastian was very accommodating and his condo is at a great location.

Apartment is dirty and the owner is NOT HONEST

When we arrived they were still cleaning it from the previous occupant. I was perfectly fine with that but they really never finished cleaning it. The bathrooms were terrible with junk and trash left over from the previous occupant. The owner arrived and spent about 3 minutes in the apartment walking us through the tv remotes and what was near by. The view is amazing so we were going to overlook the dirtiness of the bathroom. We stay in rentals all over the world and are use to dealing with stuff like that. What I wasn't prepared for was the $$$$$$$ damage deposit. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW the scam was coming. After checking out and leaving France I was notified I would not be getting my whole deposit back as there was a stain on the couch. Mind you we NEVER had any food or drink in the apartment and were basically only there to sleep. The owner said it had to be us since me checked it after the last occupant. Obviously he forgot that we were there when he came in after the last occupant He never left the kitchen and couldn't have seen the couch from there. He then said he would give us our deposit back in August. In August we again asked for our money. The owner told us we could have our full deposit IF WE WOULD GIVE HIM A 5 STAR RATING.....yep he would give us our deposit back if we gave him a 5 star rating. We have this all in screen shots and would love to show them to anyone who want s to see them. Feel free to email me at (CENSORED BY VRBO) for PROOF! Sabastian also said he "found away to clean the couch for free......as long as we gave him a 5 star rating. THIS IS NO 5 STAR! it's at best a dirty 3 star. We also have the text messages from him stating he is hurting for cash.SO IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT stay here. if not find another place! VRBO should allow pictures to be posted as I can and will prove everything stated here!

This an AMAZING property!!!

The views from this condo are some of the best of Paris! The owner is very accommodating and condo is in a great area, easy access to metro, to all of Paris!! Very nice and SAFE building, everything you need within a few blocks, easy to walk to anything you need, open market, on certain days, has great, fresh, everything! The condo is clean and modern, has everything you need for a great stay! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely Great Location

This property has the most amazing views. From the Main bedroom window you are looking directly at the Eiffel tower. You can also see Sacre Cur, The Arc de Triumphe, Les Invalides, Trocadero and so many other famous places. This building is very secure and is located about half a block to the RER and one block to the Metro. There is an excellent boulangerie two blocks away and three grocery stores within one block. This is a very large apartment that was refurbished by the current owner. He did a great job of opening up the space for the kitchen and living room. Two great balconies give you Incredible views. The owner is most gracious and very helpful.

This my main residence that I rent time to times. The Condo is located in the right place, 300 meters from the Eiffel Tower, easily accessible by metro ( L6 Station Bir Hakeim ) or RER C ( Suburbs train, Station Champs de Mars). The condo is a top floor and owns 2 terraces, one direct on Eiffel Tower and main monuments of Paris).
