The lower level welcomes you with a luxurious queen bedroom featuring a private bath with a walk-in shower. An elevator provides easy access to all levels, ensuring convenience for transporting guests, luggage, and groceries.

The middle level boasts the primary suite, complete with a king bed, spa-like bath, and deck access. High-end finishes and thoughtful details cater to the most discerning guests. Also on this level is a second queen bedroom with balcony access and a built-in bunk bed. A hall bath with a tub/shower combo and double vanity adds to the comfort.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with high-end appliances, including a gas range and KitchenAid stand mixer. A wet bar/coffee bar with a dual-zone beverage fridge ensures your drinks are always at the perfect temperature.

There is a small den off the living area that features a single daybed for additional sleeping.

The home features luxurious upgrades throughout, including custom drapes, plantation shutters, quartz countertops, and plush mattresses for restful sleep.

Pets: The owners' family member has very severe pet allergies. As a result, pets are prohibited at this property and this policy is strictly enforced.

Guests can opt for an amenity package at The Clubhouse at The Beach Club Resort, located about a mile away, for a daily fee. Please inquire for pricing.

Additional features include an EV hookup and security provided by a Ring doorbell and three exterior cameras (covering the driveway, porch and entry stairs, but not the hot tub).

A separate waiver and a $500 refundable security deposit are required for golf cart usage, offered as a courtesy with no cash value. A designated golf cart parking area is available at the easternmost beach access in the neighborhood.
