Good morning We’re very happy that you enjoyed the home, I’m sorry you did not see the extra plates and bowls that we have. They are located in the cabinet on the opposite side of the island. Unfortunately, we don’t supply any spices, we do supply salt and pepper only. Spices are difficult to supply because we all have different taste. We do our best to try to provide everything someone might need to enjoy the home.

We had a wonderful experience with our guests. They have kept the place very nice neat and clean. Great communication we would just love to have them again anytime

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and extend our condolences again for your loss. Regarding the pool, this was an unexpected and very rare situation. Our pool is serviced right before each guest arrives; it was pristine just an hour before your check-in. Unfortunately, wildlife is common in Florida, and sometimes accidents can happen, it was an unforeseen event. While there are some things outside our control, such as wildlife or neighborhood behavior—we did everything within our reach to respond promptly once notified (after hours), we arranged for removal early the next morning and had our pool service re-clean and service the filters. We also treated the water according to protocol. We do appreciate that you noted the house itself was very clean and that the bed was comfortable. Our cleaning and maintenance teams take great pride in keeping the home in excellent condition, and many of our past guests have praised this as well. In fact, since opening this VRBO in 2023, this is the very first time we have received less than a 5-star review, which shows how unusual your experience was. We were also surprised to hear about your experience with neighborhood kids, as past guests have consistently described the area as peaceful and family friendly. As for the A/C, it’s an American Standard unit which is top of the line that will keep the home cool and comfortable. With temp. in the 90’s it’s difficult to get the home down in the 60’s. We never heard any concerns about the AC not cooling as should be. We work hard to keep our properties spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, as many of our past 5-star reviews have reflected. While some aspects of your stay were unfortunately outside of our control, we did our best to respond quickly and offer alternatives. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to maintain a high standard for future guests.
