Your own private poolside oasis in Coastal Downtown Palm Harbor awaits you! This house has everything needed and more for your dream getaway! This 3-bedrooms, 2-baths single family home is located .5 mile from beautiful downtown Palm Harbor. This quaint downtown area is known for its amazing restaurants, live music, and happy hours.
The house sits on a double lot, and you won’t be able to see any neighbors while you and your family are swimming in this fantastic heated saltwater pool. We have a safety fence for anyone who is concerned about small children being around the pool. Just let us know in advance, and we will be sure to have the fence set up before your arrival. The pool is heated from November through the end of March.
Inside our home you will find an incredible kitchen, stocked with anything you may need to prepare dinners for your family. Or try grilling on our new outdoor grill by the pool. Either way you won’t be disappointed.
Our house is stocked with everything you need for kids. We offer a pack and play, high chair, step stool, umbrella stroller, games, books and more.
Working remote? We offer high speed internet, along with a private desk area in the 3rd bedroom. Or better yet, work remote outside we have a large patio table with a plug in near by. You can listen to the waterfall in the pool while doing your job!
Wanting to spend your time at the beach? We include a free annual Honeymoon Island pass for you to use while you are here. Just grab some beach chairs and a cooler, it is all provided and spend your day at one of the top rated beaches in the world.
All you truly need is your bathing suit and clothes and you will have a perfect vacation!

Excellent location! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood! It is close to supermarkets, great restaurants and beautiful beaches! It was so relaxing to enjoy the heated pool, while admiring the native tropical plants in the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it daily!

Great stay

Property was as advertised. Loved the private backyard and pool area, very relaxing. This will be our go to home when visiting annually. Misty was very accommodating and punctual when messaging.

House was nicely decorated and clean. Located close to places to visit like honeymoon island and tarpon sponge docks. Pool was also a nice extra. Close to all stores.

Adorable Florida cottage

This is a cute home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Property owners were very responsive to questions and really wanted to provide a great experience. It is an easy drive to the airport and all the surrounding beach communities.

We had a great few days here. House was very clean. We drove the short distance to beaches everyday and came back to enjoy the pool. Walked to downtown palm harbor one evening. Safe neighborhood. Close to sponge docks and beautiful Dunedin. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice pool but tge jungke rainforest back yard has me going home with a million blistering bug bites, there are so many bites and such discomfort, i could not stay thete again, sadly

However, my family and I had just stayed at the house and besides a few mosquitoes during the short twilight time we never noticed them. We had multiple family BBQ’s and pool parties with no issues. If I could get rid of all mosquitoes not only in Florida but everywhere I would. We do our best to provide many extra things for our guests but the weather and bugs in Florida are out of our control. Perfect Oasis for Family

We were delighted with "La Petite Maison," which was well equipped with cookware, games, beach chairs, and everything anyone could need for a comfortable vacation in a home away from home. The pool and yard are a triopoical paradise, and we enjoyed a day swim and an evening swim between some family excusions on hot days. The hosts thought of every possible detail for family fun and relaxation. We couldn't recommend this rental more! Thank you!

Perfect home for quiet getaway

This home is fully equipped with everything you can think of. It was very clean. The pool was beautiful and so refreshing. There was myself, the mom and my two daughters, my granddaughter and her friend. It’s very homey and very comfortable. My son his wife and daughter came for thanksgiving, they live close by. Very nice neighborhood and very quiet. It was just perfect.

This space has it all!

Wow, this space is amazing! They have provided everything anyone might need for a wonderful palm harbor vacation. We would go to the glorious beaches nearby and then couldn’t wait to return to the house and pool for a relaxed rest of the day! My family also loves to cook as much as we like to explore the local fare. This house has a great stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, and a super responsive host! We will gladly come visit again!

wonderful escape

This property was way more than I expected, the house was clean and well equipped with anything a person may need. The pool was wonderful, well maintained, clean and warm. The neighborhood was quiet, and yards well kept. This property is close to anything you might want to visit, Tarpon Springs, beaches, shopping of all kinds. It was such a pleasure staying here and a relief from the cold weather in Illinois. Thank you, Misty, for everything.

Excellent property and hostess

We had a wonderful stay at The Petite Maison! The house had everything we needed for both beach and pool. The sunscreen and bath products were very much appreciated. The pool temperature is perfect - kids and adults loved the pool and swimming. The house was clean, well organized, and tidy. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The pass to Honeymoon Island and bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival was such a nice touch. Lots of small details to make your stay so comfortable and nice. We would love to stay in the future! Top notch.

Snow birds 6 week stay

My wife and I have beencoming to the Denedin area for a few years now. As described, the property is located in a quiet established neighborhood, centrally located for all of our needs. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My only communication with Misty was via email. However she addresses all of my minor concerns quickly and thoroughly. The pool is a major plus. My son and his family visited for a week and the pool was the highlight for my 8 year old grandson. The pool did require some light cleaning (pool net) from time to time since it was windy at times during our stay and leaves from the surroundind trees did make it into the pool. We rate the property highly and plan to go back every year.
