The House on 84th is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom luxury home that accommodates 8. Walking into this home you are met with upgrades and luxury! The open floor plan invites you right into the kitchen and living area. An over-sized granite island separates the two rooms and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. The living area feels like home so sink into the large leather furniture and watch a movie after a day in the Florida Sun! As you head out to the backyard, that's when you know your vacation has begun!!! The beautiful pool has an oversized shallow deck for the smaller kids and is surrounded by stone pavers and palm trees. Sun loungers and pool toys are included!!!
Kitchen: The kitchen has an oversized granite island with 4 bar stools. Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven with hood system, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining room features a tall table that seats 6 guests.
Living Room: The living area hosts 2 large leather sofas and an oversized leather chair, a coffee table along with end tables, 2 decorative ladder shelves, and a fireplace with a large TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, TV, bedside tables, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk-in shower and a single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Full-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, bedside table w/ lamp, full-length mirror, and closet.
Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and a single vanity.
Bedroom #3: Full-size bed, bookshelf, 2 nightstands, a ceiling fan, a closet, and a TV.
Bedroom #4: Full-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, closet, ceiling fan, TV, and door leading out to the back patio.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer.
Outdoors: The backyard pool area has a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs, a fire pit with 2 more additional seats, a gas grill, and many pool toys! The pool is heated and surrounded by earthy tones of patio pavers and has an oversized shallow deck area for the little ones.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Parking: This property provides 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Parking in the street or grass is not permitted.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
