SHARED POOL
Guests have access to the community's shared seasonal outdoor pool and water slide, open seasonally April through September. The pool is not private, and availability, opening dates, hours, and slide operation are controlled by the community and may vary.

Restaurants, shops, boat rentals, and other Osage Beach attractions are within convenient reach.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• No pets are permitted. Violations may result in a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or longer incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.
