Rare Elevator Accessible Top-Floor 4 Bed 3 Bath @Parkview Bay, 30-40' Boat Slips
Parkview Bay is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our guests appreciate the serenity of the State Park and the calmer waters of the Glaize Arm. This area is fantastic for watersports and fishing. A variety of on-the-water restaurants are just a short drive or boat ride away! The complex offers three pools and walking paths around the Lake.
While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom Unit. It is easily accessible by elevator. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the channel.
You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living areas. Enjoy Spectrum HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets to log onto the Internet with Free Wi-Fi!
The Kitchen is fully-equipped and Dierberg's Supermarket is less than 2 miles away.
The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View through the patio door to the deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable Queen sized beds and ceiling fans. The spacious 4th bedroom is located in the Loft and is set-up with a Queen sized Bed. There is a Sofa Sleeper, TV and ceiling fan in the loft area as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.
BOATERS: Our 30 to 40 foot boat slips are close by and available upon request for a small fee. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be just inside the Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge at the 19 mile marker.
Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!
