Beautiful, recently updated 9th floor Towers condo with fantastic view of the lake and state park. This unit has a very large deck with a table for six. Enjoy grilling, dining, and a comfortable relaxation area to enjoy conversation, reading a book or catching your favorite news channel or tv program while enjoying the serenity and fabulous view of the lake and state park!

The contemporary furnishings make this condo easy to relax in! Offers Multiple TV’s. DVD, and stereo with CD player. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer will hold your extra gear during your stay. The full kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and smooth top range. The large deck that opens from both the living room and master bedroom is a big plus!

The master bedroom features a king bed and TV with adjoining master bathroom featuring a large garden style whirlpool tub.

The second bedroom has a Queen with access to the hall bathroom featuring tub/shower combo.

There is a pull out sofa bed so condo sleeps 6. The extra amenities in the building include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. The amenities are open 8am to 11pm. The Towers is also handicapped accessible from condo to pools and lake.

The amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out center. A 3000 square foot outdoor heated pool is located directly in front of the building lakefront.  The outdoor pool has a walk in area for smaller kids or adults to play easily in. The pools and deck areas have great views of the lake and include many lounge chairs for your enjoyment.
The pool and amenities are located on the first floor of the Towers and the towers has two sets of elevators. It is very easy and convenient to use the indoor and outdoor facilities. The Towers is handicapped accessible.

Nice and quiet

Rita and her guests were excellent guest to have. I was not aware the hot tub was not in operation. I generally get a notification from my owner who gets notified by the HOA if one of the Towers amenities are broke down but unfortunately I did not get this one therefore I am not sure if perhaps it broke down just before Rita's arrival and maybe maintenance was waiting on a part. I don't know but am sorry it was not in operation during her stay. I know the HOA tries to get things back up and running asap. We are very glad Rita was able to enjoy her stay though and would look forward to helping her with accommodations anytime. Donna

We appreciate Tom's review and are sorry he found so many things that didn't meet his standards so he could enjoy his stay. Condo 9108 Towers is one of our most requested 2 bedroom condo's with a number of our guest being repeat renters. The condo owners are always updating there condo and making every effort to be sure guests are comfortable. The furniture is probably not even 5 years old and all new flooring and rugs were installed 2-3 years ago. The Towers complex is one of the most desired condo complex here at the lake. The HOA does an amazing job with the upkeep of the building and grounds. The pool areas are always being maintained in the highest and cleanest capacity. For the fireplace issue I sure wish during the 2 night stay Tom was here, I wish he would have contacted me about the fireplace and I would have been glad to come by and help him get it started or at least told him where to turn the gas on as the gas has to be turned on. I would look forward to helping Tom with any future accommodations, he was an excellent guest, took good care of the condo. Donna

Beautiful lake front property

What a wonderful big condo with a Beautiful lake front. Huge balcony and plenty of room for the family. Also Everyone at this property was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend for a family stay. In side pool was warm and great during the cold weather. Will definitely be returning to this Condo in the future/

Excellent Stay!!!

I have stayed at many VRBO units. This one is excellent. The personalized attention during the booking process was great. The complex was clean, quiet and incredibly relaxing. The outdoor patio was HUGE and had one of the best lake views I have seen! Would definitely rent this unit again!!!

Relaxation getaway

I rented this condo for a 5 day relaxation getaway and a first time trip to lake of the Ozarks. The condo was meticulously cleaned and amazingly comfortable. Everything we needed was inside the condo and only had to leave for groceries. I was surprised by a visit from my daughter and granddaughter and still had everything we needed to make a fun relaxing stay. Would recommend 100%

Condo 9108 at the Towers has many extras which include a large deck, new flooring and updated all furnishings and bedding.

The Towers at Parkview Bay is a well maintained property that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.

The Towers is a very well kept beautiful clean property here at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is one of the few condo complexes that has not one but two elevators and a beautiful lake front swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and workout center. Right in the heart of Osage Beach therefore you are centrally located to just about any area of the lake you would like to go.
