If a beach resort is what you’re looking for on your next Destin vacation, a beach resort is what you’ll get! Beach Resort 402 is a lavish, fourth-floor condo in Destin’s Miramar Beach. The complex is chock-full of excellent vacation amenities, and the unit itself is welcoming and well-appointed. From a balcony with pool and Gulf views to deeded beach access, this property has everything you’ll need to make it a memorable vacation. The condo has one bedroom and two baths. It can accommodate up to four vacationers. With its cozy accommodations and first-class amenities, this is the perfect getaway for an anniversary, honeymoon, or small family trip.

The sunny great room of Beach Resort 402 encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It is stylishly eclectic, with vibrant colors, luxe furnishings, and tropical décor. Sandy-toned floors flow throughout the space, a nod to its beach setting. In the living room, a plush wraparound couch sits atop a blue-green rug. The couch and armchair create a cozy seating arrangement that faces a large, flatscreen TV—great for evening movies or catching a game. A nearby glass-topped table and four sunburst-backed chairs make up the casual dining area. Two matching raised chairs offer additional seating at the adjacent kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen has a coastal flair, featuring teal-blue cabinetry, sleek quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and beachy décor. A set of sliding glass doors on the other end of the great room open onto a breezy balcony. The balcony features two sets of lime-green tables and chairs, which overlook the lagoon-shaped pool and offer glimpses of the glimmering Gulf just beyond. There’s no better spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a refreshing drink and the company of your fellow vacationers.

The primary suite is painted a calming sage green and features lovely coastal-inspired artwork. It has a king-size bed, foot bench, dresser, two side tables, a sunny window, and TV. The private ensuite bath includes a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. Additional sleeping accommodations can be found in the form of a cozy bunk nook off the hallway, complete with a twin-over-full bunk. The nook has access to a full hall bath.

In addition to a luxury vacation unit, Beach Resort guests also have access to a great variety of amenities. One of these is the huge two-tiered, lagoon-shaped pool surrounded by a paver deck, lounge chairs galore, shaded pergola, picnic pavilions, and lush tropical landscaping. The pool itself has a mushroom-shaped waterfall feature. A hot tub sits among gorgeous palms and coastal flora, providing an excellent spot for relaxing. BBQ grills are provided for easy poolside dining. And finally, the resort provides deeded access to the beach—where you will enjoy free seasonal beach service for the duration of your stay. Besides the amenities, guests will love the resort’s convenient location in Miramar Beach.
