ABOUT THE AREA
Just west of Kings Beach and running right along the lake, Tahoe Vista is a favorite of outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter, you are less than fifteen minutes from Northstar California. 2. Parking for 1 vehicle. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Buoys are not available for renters.
4. While, this complex is lakefront, this unit is not directly on the beach.
5. The property is pet-friendly, however the beach is not.
6. No laundry facilities on property.
7. The outdoor HOA pool is open seasonally from May to September.
8. Maximum one dog allowed only (per HOA rules)
9. This unit is right off of North Lake Blvd- some road noise can be expected.
