The beach view was excellent and the unit was well appointed. The decor was modern and the unit was clean. I did NOT appreciate the property manager's rigid stance on not entering the unit before 4:00pm even there was ZERO activity in the unit for hours before hand. That communicates the property manager does not value me as a customer but instead, they value their random rules.

In this case, we even offered an additional discounted night so you could arrive ahead of schedule. However, many resort HOAs have rules that prevent guests from entering the property, using amenities, or parking onsite before the official check-in time, and we’re required to follow those policies. We truly value all our guests and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay soon.

The condo was nicely maintained and right on the beach! Beautiful views. Had a couple of hiccups but the property manager took care of things quickly. Wish the pool had been available but I did receive an email before the trip that it was under construction.

Breathtaking

This condo it’s absolutely breathtaking. The feel inside the condo is light and airy and the bedroom is on the larger side. Everything was so nice and neat and clean it has a nice size refrigerator and really nice balcony. This condo is on the end so it’s not all closed in and so it’s really nice it is close to everything and a short walk to the beach. Definitely going back! Oh, yeah, the bed is extremely comfortable.

Misleading condo looked nothing like the pictures. Sheets didn’t fit. Extremely hot elevator only one elevator. Didn’t have codes for beach had to contact owners and gave us wrong code took a while to even get code to get on beach. Saw a few roaches. Beautiful beach and area. Would not stay there again. Paid to much money for condo. My husband and I enjoyed The Jellyfish restaurant. The beach shopping and beautiful weather.

Great location near Gulf Shores

When I initially booked a condo through VRBO I made a note to confirm there was no construction and that the pool and balcony was usable (it was not noted on the specific listing). The day before our departure I received a call stating that they had just read my note and confirmed that there IS construction and that they can move us to a different property. I was able to find the property that we stayed in a couple hours later. I had to call the morning before we left to request the access info. Luckily I received it a few hours before we arrived. The weather did not cooperate but we still enjoyed our stay. The unit was mostly clean but had a weird musty smell—to the point we purchased a candle and had it lit as much as we could. The couch pillows felt wet and one had mold spots on it. We used the kitchen quite a bit for meals—bring your own salt and pepper because it is not provided. I’d love to visit again but not likely this condo.
