1. Check-In time is 4.00 PM & Check-Out time is 10 AM.
If you request a late check-out, then it needs to be added in advance and it is not guaranteed.

2. BBQ Grill.
☆ Free to use. Complimentary.
☆ Gas & Clean fee is $75/stay.
☆ A propane tank will be provided. Guests should not run out of gas during their stay. However, if more than supplied fuel is required, it is guests’ responsibility to refill the tank or pay extra fees to get it refilled.

2. Pool Heat
☆ Optional amenity and can be added at rate of $45/night. It is only available for the whole stay.
☆ Heating is NOT instant, it takes around 24 hours to warm up.
☆ To heat spa, turn the timer dial on outside wall near the sliding glass door
clock-wise. Maximum timeout is 120mins. Recommend to set 60mins and wait for 30mins to allow spa to heat up then enjoy the spa for rest 30minutes.
☆ We recommend adding heat from October to May.
☆ Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60degrees, pool heat might not reach desired temperature and would not be able to refund if added.
☆ Pool cleanings are scheduled every Thursday.

3. We provide a Starter Kit that includes the following:
☆ one kitchen paper towel,
☆ two toilet papers in each bathroom
☆ one bar of soap in each bathroom,
☆ 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and body wash in each bathroom,
☆ extra kitchen garbage bags,
☆ Dish soap and pod for the dishwasher
☆ Detergent powder for the washing machine.
☆ Coffee & Tea Station (Dripping coffee, Herb Tea & Lipton Tea)

***After that guests are responsible for the replacements during stay. Nearest grocery store is one mile away.

4. Daily Trash Pick Up
☆ Trash is picked up between 7 and 8 am everyday except Sunday.
☆ Make sure to place bagged trash in trash bin.
