Large 4bd 2bth pool home with waterfall feature and private back yard!

Florida is infamous for low quality tap water, which is why we run a whole house filter and individual shower filters for chlorine and chemical free showering, bathing, and brushing. In the kitchen, a reverse osmosis filter with remineralization for pristine drinking water.

This is a 4brm 2bthrm house with over 1800sqft of space. The house is equipped with everything the traveling family or sports team will need! Lots of pots, pans and utensils for any cooking you might be doing. Big TV in the living room and TVs in every bedroom. coffeemaker, microwave, toaster and instant hot water pot make food prep easy! Lots of counter space and extra large open kitchen floor plan gives plenty of space for multiple people to be working in the kitchen together.

We've got 4 bedrooms, two with king beds, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, there is also a fold out sofa in the smaller living room that opens into a full size bed as well. This house will easily sleep 10, and if you are coming with a sports team or large family you can reach out to me directly and we can possibly allow a couple more. Each room has its own 4k tv. All are smart TVs and two are fire TVs as well. In the living room we also have a fire stick that gives guests access to thousands of movies and tv shows. The bedrooms all have their own hepa air purifiers, celling fans, top down bottom up blinds so that blinds can be open to see out of the windows but still provide privacy for the rooms. And all 4 bedrooms also have good sized closets with lots of hangers and dressers for storing quick grab items.


The house is located 5 minutes from the brand new Sprouts Grocery store in Melbourne! And its about 15-18 minutes to indialantic and Melbourne beaches, 25 min to USSSA. 30 min to cocoa. 60 minutes to Orlando and 45-60 minutes from the space center.

No harsh chemicals or scents are used for anything. everything is natural, bio degradable and unscented. laundry detergent will be provided to keep the washer and dryer scent free. Hand soap and starter amounts of toilet paper and paper towels are also provided. This property is strict no smoking, no vaping, no e cigarettes.

guests will have full access to the house, yard, pool area and storage shed where there is plenty of beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, and kids toys available for use as well as fishing gear! The outdoor yard is big! and completely fenced in for great privacy. We have an all in one net that can be setup for badminton, lawn tennis and more. And the house backs up to a local creek and park so there is no immediate backyard neighbor which provides even more serenity to the yard and pool. Big tvs in both living room area, main living room also has fire stick TV so guests will have access to thousands of movies and TV shows. . Pool is not heated so can be a little chilly during the winter months, but the solar pool cover will warm it up some. we also run the pool on a UV light, ozone generator and zeolite filter so we use very minute levels of chlorine and the water is pristine. basically a fresh water pool!

Other things to note, we strive to make this a healthy environment that even the most sensitive person can enjoy. please use only the laundry detergent and cleaners that are provided. and please do not spray any perfumes, air fresheners or any other scented things in the air inside the house. ring doorbell camera at the front door.
