Melbourne Beach House! Enjoy with Family or Friends! Sleeps 10 people, Beach is 10 minutes away, Downtown Melbourne is 5 minutes away, Melbourne Airport is 10 minutes away, Disney is 45 minutes away and Orlando Airport is 45 minutes away! Enjoy your stay! Please make sure you watch any kids that can not swim and watch the back with kids who can not swim! Please take all trash out on trash days or you will be charged! Pool is not heated. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk, Garage stays locked, one closest in master is locked but there is two closest in master. If you have a pet please pick up all dog poop and clean up after pet. Please make sure to put everything in a trash bag and put everything in trashcan.

If anything is stolen, damaged or misplaced you will be charged or could have charges pressed against you. Please follow all the house rules in the listing. Deposit is required is you do not have reviews.

House was clean and had everything we needed. Felt very spacious and like home. Would definitely rent again if in the area. We went over Christmas so we wrapped a palm tree and lights and my 3 year old niece loved opening her gifts outside

We had a great stay! The place was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient close to stores and the highway which made it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A nice experience

In a great neighborhood in a nice part of town, right off the 95. Easy access to north and south and a great selection of eateries and shopping close by.

What to say. Well, to start, Thank you to Carly and Don for having such a beautiful home. We stayed at this VRBO as a trip of two friends from different states meeting to enjoy a week of relaxation, and this house didn’t disappoint !!The house is beautiful and was perfect for a nice relaxing vacation. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood that is quiet and safe. The feature we loved the best was the wonderful pool area. We spent hours just sitting outside from the time we woke up enjoying our coffee, to enjoying an evening of sitting and relaxing listening to the waterfall feature of the pool. The privacy fence surrounding the pool gives you the sense of your own private oasis.The house itself is very nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the house doesn’t lack for anything. There are TV’s located in every room. The master bedroom was huge. It’s located in an area that is close by for shopping and restaurants. We chose to make most all of our meals at the house since the kitchen has everything you need. The house is very clean. The pool is not a heated pool so we really didn’t swim much, but we did take a short dip in while sitting out catching some sunshine while relaxing in the loungers poolside. The house had plenty of beach towels. Having stayed at a few VRBO, I was happy we did not have to bring our own linens as we have had to do in the past. If I had to find anything negative it would be, we should have booked it for two weeks instead of just one !!
