Experience the charm of Fripp Island at 38 Davis Love, a delightful four-bedroom, three-bath golf cottage nestled in the heart of the island. Ideally located near Ocean Creek Golf Course, the Marina, and Bonito Boathouse, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy Fripp Island’s many amenities.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee maker. The open-concept floor plan allows the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for gathering and entertaining.

The main level features two bedrooms, each offering two queen-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and single vanities. Both bedrooms also have access to private decks overlooking the driveway. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen bedroom in the bathroom out of the way.

Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and access to a private deck overlooking the driveway. An additional queen bedroom is also located upstairs and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Enjoy outdoor living on the screened-in porch with rocking chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. Additional outdoor amenities include wireless internet, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower—ideal for easy beach clean-up.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
