Verbesserte Wrightsville Dunes, 1. Stock, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Wohnung ist wunderschön, aber komfortabel eingerichtet! Es ist ein beliebter Urlaubsort mit vielen Stammgästen.

Die Küche öffnet sich zum Wohn- / Essbereich und verfügt über Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte. Das Meer vor überdachten Balkon kann sowohl aus dem Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer zugegriffen werden. Eingebettet in die herrliche Dünen, am nördlichen Ende der Insel, Wrights Dunes ist ein Urlaubsziel!

Die breiten, weißen Sandstrand ist von privaten Gehwegen abgerufen. Sie fühlen sich wie Sie den ganzen Strand für sich allein haben! Entspannen Sie sich in einer bequemen Liege an einem der beiden Pools oder ein Spiel oder zwei auf dem Tennisplatz spielen.

Die Sterling Zugabe von Wrights Dunes bietet einen Au��en Sicherheit Eingang und Aufzug für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Zwei zugewiesen Parkplätze. Belegung: 6.

Der Wrightsville Dunes-Komplex erfordert, dass alle Fahrzeuge einen von der HOA ausgestellten Parkausweis anzeigen, während sie auf dem Grundstück geparkt sind, um Zitate zu vermeiden. Pässe werden strikt durchgesetzt und sind auf zwei pro Mieteinheit begrenzt. Es können keine Ausnahmen gemacht werden. Für alle Reservierungen, die zwischen Mai und September stattfinden, sind Parkausweise erforderlich, die 10 US-Dollar entrichten. 00 für die beiden erlaubten Pässe, die beim Einchecken an den Reservierungsinhaber ausgegeben werden.

** Ab dem 2. Januar 2019 werden für alle Ferienwohnungen mit 5 bis 21 Übernachtungen Bettwäsche und Betten bei der Ankunft standardmäßig gestellt. An 4 oder weniger Nächten haben Sie noch die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche zu mieten oder selbst mitzubringen. Wäschebestellungen und Bettwaren können zu Ihrer Reservierung hinzugefügt werden. Spacious, very clean, and well appointed condominium. You can see the surf and the dune, although not the beach itself. Very nice outdoor furniture on the large deck and the interior furniture and appliances were excellent as well. Would love to stay there again!

Beautiful Space

We were very impressed by our accommodations at wrightsville dunes. Our rental felt more like a home than rental. It was quiet, very nice pool areas, and the beach was not crowded. Love staying down at this end of the beach and will definitely come back.

Beautiful spot on wonderful Wrightsville Beach

This house was great for a girl's getaway! The only thing I was disappointed in was that one of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds. The place is clean and in a great location. You practically have the beach to yourself on that end of the WB.

Enjoyed the stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property description was accurate, clean and quiet. I would have preferred to be a tad bit closer to the beach. While my young adult kids went, trekking all of our stuff was not appealing to me. My husband and I opted to stay on the balcony. The trade off for the distance to beach was balcony was private and quiet. That was nice and relaxing. This property was advertised as recently upgraded. The kitchen is beautiful. appealing to me.

Soccer tournament weekend getaway

Great property and quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider it again! The kitchen is very well stocked as are extra blankets and pillows. A very slight request/recommendation would be to include instructions on working the televisions and thermostats. It took a while to figure out that there was Roku capability amongst all the random remotes in the living room and master bedroom. And the thermostat could not be adjusted past a 2 hr hold. Other than those two minor details, everything else was wonderful!

WIFI login incorrect, but we were able to figure it out. Condo very clean, nice updated furnishings/decor, and well appointed with all you need! More spacious than it looks in pictures and very comfortable for 6. Suggestions for improvements: thought charging more for skimpy amount of linens & more still if you wanted sheets put on your beds, was nickel & diming too much. Needed more "starter" shampoos/conditioner /lotion so each person has at least have one. BYO napkins.

We will be looking into the description of various security codes/keys to ensure all is clear along with the verification of the wifi information. We hate to hear you feel as if you were "nickel & dimed" but there are indeed fees for linen rentals, as stated in order forms and contracts. We hope you'll visit us at the beach for another long weekend again soon! And yes, BYO napkins... there are also a few other things you may want to bring along, so make sure to visit our Guest Guide page on our website for suggestions on what to bring.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Kroger unit in Wrightsville Dunes E 1C has a good, well-stocked kitchen, good balcony furniture and a nice kids room with twin beds. But both the Master King bed and double bed need replacing -- both too soft and very sloped and/or sunken. Double bed should be a Queen to adequately accommodate a couple. The living room couch is disgustingly dirty, and very hard to enjoy for that reason. It needs to be reupholstered and cushions discarded. If these improvements were made, we'd be happy to return to this unit.

Amazing condo at a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo for a family looking for a bit more peaceful get away. Wrigthsville Dunes is located on the north end of the island and there is limited public parking. Despite this, there are some higher density condos and condotel's at this end of the island - I was pleased to see the beaches were no where near as crowded as the central downtown areas. Thus - this part of the island requires more driving than walking to things, but you are rewarded with more space on the beach strand. The condo itself is very well maintained. Easy access to elevator was great for the initial move in and the final move out. The AC worked extremely well - something I am always cautious about on those hot summer beach trips. Water pressure was high and everything simply worked well. The management company was great and provided great service at check in as well as responding quickly to a minor concern we had during the stay. Their attention to detail and speed of service can not be matched and I highly recommend not only the condo but also the company! We will be back soon I hope.

Great location!

At check in, we were not given the code to access the building. We were only given the digital code for the unit itself. We had to call the after hours phone line to get access to the building. Once in the property, everything was OK for the most part with 2 exceptions. First, the deadbolt lock on the sliding glass door was broken and fell off. Not too much of a safety concern since we were on the middle floor, but it made it nearly impossible to use the door. The biggest inconvenience was the king mattress in the master bedroom. Not sure if there were no box springs or just a cheap mattress. Either way, the mattress was a bowl. The mattress rolled into the middle and also caused our feet to be above our head. We had to prop pillows throughout the bed to make it seem flat. We both left the vacation with sore backs. For over $1200 for 2 nights (it was our 10-year wedding Anniversary) we expected to be comfortable. It's a shame too because everything else about the unit was perfect!

Lovely View from the Deck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is well equipped and decorated very nicely. This condo needs some TLC in fixing overused items such as -sink in the owner bath does not drain well, the toilet Paper holder in the owner bath is loose, the sliding screen to the outdoor deck kept falling off the track, the rings for the shower curtains and the other baths are pitted and rusted and the shared bath shower controls have no indication which is hot or cold. We originally had a different condo rented but we’re told it was not available after we booked it. We were given a choice of three others and chose the Kroger. We were not told that there would be renovation noise in the adjacent condo which was very loud the morning after we got there and lasted all day and parts of the 2nd day. The rental office offered nothing but an apology. We were not told that the pools were closed. It would have been delightful to sit on the pool deck.Love the complex however better communication from the realtor was expected but not delivered. Be prepared to make your own beds they claim Covid rules prevent it but how to Hotels do it?

It doesn't look like anything was reported to maintenance during your stay but please know for next time we have technicians available 24/7 should any issues arise and we would love the opportunity to correct any that are flagged to us. I notified maintenance and our hospitality team now of the issues you mentioned in your review and we will take care of them as soon as possible. The Wrightsville Dunes complex is managed by an HOA so unfortunately we do not have an impact on the complex construction or pool availability. In our contract we require a Pool Waiver to be signed that states, "Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season it may not be open. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits and inspections." We also note in our contract that we have halted bed making services, not due to "Covid Rules" but based on guest feedback of guest's wanting their linens untouched for peace of mind during the pandemic. We hope to restart this process very soon! We hope you will consider renting with us again on your next getaway to Wrightsville and that it provides for a better rental experience for your family which is the true Bryant standard you can expect. New Year's Eve Wedding Anniversary Get Away

The kitchen was well stocked.The bed linens and towels had been cleaned by a cleaning service and were sealed in plastic. I appreciated that especially during these COVID times. My only suggestions are to clean the couch and chairs, or cover them with fitted covers that can be removed for washing. They are beginning to show some wear and tear. Also, replace the rugs in the bathrooms with memory foam type vinyl rugs that can be wiped off to cleaned. Overall, we had a wonderful trip. The weather was perfect with temperatures in the high 70's in December. We had a delicious anniversary dinner at Catch Restaurant. I would recommend the property to family and friends.

Told us it would take 3-4 hours and it took 3 days of in and out. Master bed is VERY lumpy and NOT comfortable. This is about our 5th year staying in this unit and probably our last.

Sydney, thank you for your review and feedback of the Kroger condo. We apologize for the interruption from the HOA installing hurricane shutters; we don't have much control over that since it is mandated by a private HOA company, but hopefully it did not disturb your vacation too much! I have made note of your suggestions to replace the master bed, and have on record several other people who mentioned similar things. I will pass this info along personally to the property manager to relay to the owner, but please know we can only make suggestions and ultimately it is up to the property owner to pay for updates. Mattresses are a tough one, as many different people have different preferences but I will see what I can do! If the mattress is replaced, I will update reviews and also send you an e-mail. We are so thankful for your continued loyalty with our company, and we truly hope we can pair you with a different property next time that you will love! Take care.
