Schön in beruhigenden Pastelltönen gehalten dieser 3. Stock, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Meerblick-Apartment mit eigenem Balkon in Wrights Dunes ist ein außergewöhnlicher Urlaubsort!

In den Dünen an der nördlichen, abgelegenen Zipfel der Insel gelegen, bietet Wrightsville Dunes eine breite, weiße Sandstrand von privaten Gehwege abgerufen. Sie fühlen sich wie Sie den Strand für sich! Genießen Sie einen Spaziergang entlang der Küste bis zum Ende der Shell-Insel, wo exklusive Figure Eight Island ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt in Mason Inlet.

Entspannen Sie sich in einer bequemen Liege bei einem der beiden Swimmingpools oder spielen Sie eine oder zwei Match auf dem Gemeinschaftstennisplatz. Es gibt 2 zugeordnet Parkplätze und einen Aufzug zu allen Etagen.

Kabelloses Internet. Belegung: 6. Rauchen verboten. Keine Haustiere. Parkplatz für 2 Fahrzeuge.

Der Wrightsville Dunes-Komplex erfordert, dass alle Fahrzeuge während des Parkens auf dem Grundstück einen von der HOA ausgestellten Parkausweis anzeigen, um ein Zitieren zu vermeiden. Pässe werden strikt durchgesetzt und sind auf zwei pro Mieteinheit begrenzt. Es können keine Ausnahmen gemacht werden. Für alle Reservierungen, die zwischen Mai und September stattfinden, sind Parkausweise erforderlich, die 10 US-Dollar entrichten. 00 für die beiden erlaubten Pässe, die beim Einchecken an den Reservierungsinhaber ausgegeben werden.

** Ab dem 2. Januar 2019 wird für alle Ferienwohnungen von 5 bis 21 Übernachtungen die Bettwäsche inbegriffen. An 4 oder weniger Nächten haben Sie noch die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche zu mieten oder selbst mitzubringen. Wäschebestellungen und Bettwaren können zu Ihrer Reservierung hinzugefügt werden. Die Kosten hierfür lauten den Mietvertrag.**

A lovely getaway to a wonderful property that was very clean and beds were comfortable. All the amenities thought of including a high chair. Thank you for the television choices too!!!

Very comfortable but not overly luxurious condo on top floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Recommend bringing a water filter jug because Wrightsville water tastes horrible. Nice big porch, great views, but an umbrella for enjoying sound of ocean in the morning would be great as it gets very hot on the balcony. Will probably return to same condo next year…

Serene and Relaxing

Although ahort, my stay gave me exactly what I needed. It was two days of refocus, grounding, and connection with God in the midst of His majestic creation. The unit was perfect for my stay and I would very much like to stay there again someday soon.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is in the best location, has a beautiful view and is spacious. You can’t beat the view from this unit, would highly recommend because of it. Unfortunately there’s a lot that could be updated and make it much more valuable - dryer doesn’t not work well, hot water is hit or miss, cooking ware is very dated as are furniture and fixtures. This unit could increase in value significantly with some reasonable updates.

The condo's location is great, with beautiful beach views from the den and main bedroom, and a spacious balcony that runs the length of the outdoor space. The place is generally well-equipped; however, we were surprised that there was no ice-maker...just a couple of plastic trays. I haven't seen those in a while! Overall, the space was clean, but it would benefit from a deep cleaning for walls, doors, and woodwork. We enjoyed our was comfortable and relaxing!

Odin summer getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Odin/Wrightsville Dunes. Unit is very well equipped and a great size for our family. Also very clean at check in. Loved being able to get into the unit a little earlier too. Only issues we experienced were with the condo complex - the lights around the tennis court are not functioning which we used every night after dinner. My experience working with Bryant has been great. My only suggestion would be to change the period to put the $100 deposit down for the following year. We unplug from our phones while on vacation so I did not see the deadline of 4pm Friday during our stay. I think giving the renters thru the week after their stay would be more ideal. I called twice asking to put my deposit down - the following Monday & Tuesday but was told that wasn’t allowed. We would have definitely booked for next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived May 27 to remodeling being done next door. Pounding, power saws, etc. were not what we expected after 10 hours of driving. The noise stopped for Sunday and Memorial Day, then resumed Tues thru Fri. on the other side of the wall and above us (upstairs of next door). Equipment and materials limited the space outside our external door when leaving. The workers smoked on the next door balcony and the smoke blew our way. We don't smoke, and it was a nuisance. It ruined what we thought would be a relaxing quiet week. Someone should have warned us before we arrived or alternate arrangements should have been made. I was told that compensation would be made and I would be contacted, but no one followed up. Otherwise, the location was ideal and the rental very nice.

Labor Day week 2021

We had access to the outdoor closet in this unit, but the key didn't work and Daniel was there in about ten minutes to get us a new key that actually did work.The place was great and beautiful as advertised. A cleaning note would be to have the skylight in the bedroom regularly cleaned. It had cobwebs and potentially dead bugs in it.ALSO, for anyone reading this staying there in the next 4-6 weeks, there is construction going on a couple floors below and it was loud. Sounded like they were on the floor below us. We were told they would only be working from 9-5, but they definitely started before 8am a couple days. This was troubling as we had an 8 month old baby trying to sleep. The crew was throwing things from the first floor into a dumpster on the ground floor and as you can imagine it was pretty loud. We also had remnants of some work from the chimney that fell on our balcony.But you can't complain about the view, by far the best balcony view I've had at Wrightsville Beach. The big windows and doors were fantastic!The parking space is under the building and right next to the elevator. The appliances had been upgraded. This is a great spot! We loved it other than what I mentioned earlier. The unit also had quite a few supplies like paper, pens, tape measures, etc.One final idea for an upgrade would be a Smart TV or Roku or something for the living room TV. We hooked up our computer to the TV through the HDMI cable that was there to watch Netflix.

We appreciate your feedback, both positive and negative as it allows us to improve our services! I will make note of your suggestion for adding a SmartTV or Roku and will pass along to the property manager to discuss with the owner. They have been making a few upgrades recently with refurbishing the couches and a new refrigerator! I will personally go to the unit today and clean those skylights myself - now that we are coming out of the busy summer months the housekeepers will have more time to spend in the units for these deeper clean items. I have stayed in other condos here, so I was disappointed that this one did not have any kind of water filter. The sulfur smell when using the water was quite distasteful. I have to say I would stay again ONLY IF the owners put in a water filter system. If not, then I could not stay again.

This was a professional recommendation and was stated to be the best way to remove water odor and improve the water quality. Amber, thank you so much for your review and feedback from your vacation! We are excited to hear you enjoyed the Odin condo during your visit to the island, especially that awesome oceanfront view from the third floor and peaceful area at the North end. It truly is something special! We are saddened to hear you were disappointed by the water issues and have brought this concern to the property owner. After consulting a plumber that works with the HOA, a stainless-steel water tank has been installed which will remove the odor and improve the water quality. Sounds like it was a month well spent at the Odin condo, Donna! We are so happy you loved the unit and it's location! Wrightsville Dunes offers some awesome amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, private parking and private boardwalks to the quiet North end beach! The property owners have put in a lot of work in the last several months including new upholstered cushions for the couch and chairs, a new dining table and rug, with much more to come such as a new refrigerator! We were surprised to rent thru VRBO but then started getting emails/contract/instructions from a real estate agency. We would have preferred to work with the owner of the property directly.

MaryAnn, it is not uncommon for professional property management companies to list their rentals on third party sites like VRBO and Airbnb. We clearly list our name as our company and state we are a management company in the unit listing. We offer a no-questions asked cancellation policy within 24 hours if you wanted to go a different direction after you received the contract. In the future you can always rent with us directly and save money by avoiding the third party fees. We apologize if our advertising was not clear enough for you, but do hope you had a wonderful stay at the Odin property nonetheless! Keep us in mind for the next time you visit the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wreaked of a strong smoke smell, and we had to keep all doors and windows open for the first 3 days!! We called and complained and were told there were no other options, not were we offered a resolution other than a can of air freshener! The condo had obviously had a fire prior to our arrival and house keeping should have communicated that to the owner. In addition the dishwasher falls out of the wall, the king bed had a hump in the middle, the tub handle is loose and hard to adjust. The shower curtain was hanging half off the rod and the door slammed and locked us in the condo!

Hi Rhonda- Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your overall experience wasnt as expected. We are still unsure about the odor mentioned, perhaps residual from the updated flooring but we can confrim there have been no fires in the unit. The washer/dryer combo has been replaced, misc painting as the property owners continue to do different updates over the off season. We will continue to update photos as updates occur. 3D at Wrightsville Beach

We had an amazing time in our short stay. The view from the living room and master bedroom were breath taking.! The accommodation meet a lot of our needs., especially getting items to and from the beach. However, we recommend replacing the rusted stove drip pans and baking sheets located in the stove drawer, they were a bit discussing when looking for something to cook frozen pizzas on. Overall, this was excellent place,! Located near restaurant and a very nice Harris Teeter grocery store. We give 3D - 5 Stars out of 5!

Diane, thank you for your great review of Odin! I'm overjoyed that you had such a great stay in this top floor oceanfront unit. You will be happy to know the drip pans are regularly swapped out for new ones as needed and are new currently, and several kitchen items have been replaced with new items including cookie sheets and frying pans. I apologize they weren't up to par on your arrival - give our office a call next time and we would be happy to replace them and deliver new items that day. Really hope to see you back at Wrightsville Beach soon, take care!

Nice location but awful parking

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice. Not as clean as expected. Lots of crumbs on the living room floor. Location was great but parking was a nightmare. We had 3 cars and one had to park at the airport after driving around for hours. Office suggested parking but they all had towing signs. Would not stay again due to parking

Hi Tanya- Thanks for the feedback. We apologize about any cleaning that may have been overlooked in the living room, we do have housekeeping staff available 7 days a week should anything arise at check-in as such. We understand about the parking, it is limited to 2 cars in most of the condo complexes in the area and can be tough to accommodate a 3rd. Thanks for visiting with us at Wrightsville Beach!
