“Endless Summer” is a fantastic condo located in the desirable Wrightsville Dunes complex that will leave you wishing that your vacation could last forever! This third-floor property is an end unit that offers spectacular ocean views, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and access to all the amenities that make Wrightsville Dunes a family friendly destination.
The master suite is a true oasis that offers tons of space and privacy! A large king bed, ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks, and a sitting area that overlooks the marsh – this room is a great place to escape for some relaxation. Just outside of the master bedroom is a hall bathroom with a glass walk in shower that services the neighboring twin guest room. The twin bedroom is furnished with two twin beds – a great place for kids or for additional guests!
A little further down the hall is a staircase that leads to the top floor guest room that feels more like a second master bedroom! There is a cozy queen bed, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a glass walk in shower and his and hers sinks. Grab a pair of binoculars or a book and unwind from the day.
Just past the stairwell you will find the renovated kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Outfitted with a large farmhouse sink that is equipped with a garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler – this kitchen makes cooking family meals a breeze. The unique horseshoe design of the kitchen enables it to be accessed from the hall or the main living room which increases the function and flow of this beautiful home. The is a dining area is situated in the great room to ensure that flows seamlessly from the kitchen and can seat up to six people. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, beautiful décor, a smart TV, and gives the most spectacular views.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
