Southside Tranquility is centrally located and a quick Uber ride to many of the attractions the Chattanooga has to officer. Street parking and paid parking lots are easily found throughout the city.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur a $500 fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.
PET POLICY:
1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard and throw it away (in a bag and put in the trash bin that is in the front of the house at the bottom of the stairs)
6. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the dog park area
7. Dog will be supervised at all times
8. If left alone, dogs must be crated
9. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
