Lakefront Beauty with Hot Tub and Dock

Bring the whole family to this great destination with lots of room for fun, when you stay at this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home! Spend your days soaking in the sun from the deck or boating around the lake before firing up the grill for a delicious meal. Enjoy the evening by relaxing by the fire pit and telling your scariest stories while munching on s’mores. And end the night in the hot tub, enjoying good company under the stars!

The space
*LIVING AREAS*
There are two living areas in the home. Both have flat-screen TVs with apps that guests can access using their own accounts (Netflix, Disney+, etc); the living room also has an Xbox 360 with games that guests can enjoy.

*KITCHEN*
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. We offer a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, and provide Keurig pods and ground coffee with sweeteners and creamers.

*BEDROOMS*
This property sleeps up to 14 people. There are 5 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the family room, and an inflatable mattress available upon request.

Bedroom 1 (king bed with TV) connects to the master bathroom, which has a full bathtub and walk-in shower. It also connects to the master closet, which holds all the “extras” – ironing board, extra pillows, etc.

Bedroom 2 (full bed with TV) and Bedroom 3 (full bed + twin over full bunk bed) are connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4 (queen bed with TV) is connected to the third bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also has a second entrance to the mud room, so can be utilized without accessing the bedroom.

Bedroom 5 (twin over full bunk bed) is the only bedroom that does not connect directly to a bathroom.

*LAUNDRY*
A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the mud room. We provide detergent pods and fabric softener sheets (both are dye-free and fragrance-free).

Amenities
*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is available for guest use year-round. We provide beach towels for guests to use, as well.

*GRILL*
The grill is available year-round. We provide propane for the grill, so no need to bring your own!

*DOCK*
The dock is approximately 75 yards down the lake from the house, along a shared path that is easy to find. The dock is generally accessible May - September.

*BOAT LIFT*
Guests are allowed to use the boat lift with prior approval. Our boat lift accommodates many fishing/sporting boats and does not fit pontoon boats or any boat with a large tower. Boats cannot be left tied to the dock without being on the lift. If you need to pull your boat out of the water at night, Michael’s Landing is just 0.2 miles down the road and offers a dockless launch where you can easily pull your boat in and out.

Guest access
This property is accessible through a key pad on the door. The codes to access the home will be provided prior to your stay and are unique to each booking.

Pets
We welcome pets at our home! Pets are not required to be on a leash while on our property; however, leashing is highly recommended given the large amount of wildlife that goes through our yard.

Pets are required to be on a leash while on common property shared with neighbors, such as the dock area or the trail along the lake.

A $60 pet fee is charged through VRBO if you are bringing a pet. Please note that the pet fee only covers standard incremental cleaning due to pets; any damage caused by pets will be billed after your stay

Safety and security
Please note that we change door codes in between each guest as a safety measure.
This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the driveway, and 1 camera is on the back of the house facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence.
