The Space
There's ample space for you and your crew in this 3,000 sq ft. 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that also includes an outdoor deck and patio with dining/seating, a fire pit, as well as two kayaks and a blow-up paddle board to enjoy your time on Beach Lake, a 5-acre man made catch-and-release lake. Should you choose to spend some time indoors, you are welcome to use all of the offered entertainment that includes plenty of board games, an arcade game, shuffle board, as well as a smart TV in both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces.

Two bathrooms upstairs, one in master bedroom with walk-in shower, one off main living space also with walk-in shower. One bathroom downstairs with walk-in shower room separate from rest of bathroom

*Laundry Space*
Front load washer and dryer w/ All/Tide free products provided. Space is located on main floor off of the kitchen. This space includes a closet containing some cleaning supplies.

*Living Areas*
Two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, equipped with comfortable seating and smart televisions for entertainment.

*Outside Space*
Off of the upstairs main living space, you will find a deck with outdoor dining. Below you will find seating to enjoy the serene surroundings along with a gas grill for family dinners. These are just steps away from a firepit along with a family-friendly beach area

* Please be aware that there is a camera located at the main entrance as well as another one facing the back yard/patio. These cameras use both video and audio recording
* Please note that guests will NOT have access to the locked storage/cleaning closet on the lower level within the supply storage room off of the living space

House Rules
- We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
- Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
- This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if any substance use has been used and extra cleaning services are needed.
- We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that. If the pet is a service animal please feel free to share papers/documentation. If any signs of a pet were found upon departure and extra cleaning services are needed there will be a $250 charge added.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit

- PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD BEING PLACED.
- ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS' RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.
