My family and I had a great time visiting for some spring skiing. A fabulous place to stay for both kids and adults! Plenty of space for everyone, game room for kids, large TVs & comfy couches for evening snuggles, super comfy beds (much needed after a day on the slopes!), relaxing hot tub (I missed out trying the sauna), ample parking, and a very responsive host! We truly felt at home.

Quick Summary - House was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures online. Beds were all very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Showers ran wonderfully hot - water pressure adequate upstairs and great downstairs. Bathrooms were well stocked - lots of towels and toilet paper. Kitchen had the supplies we needed to cook several meals. We used the hot tub, sauna, washer, dryer, dishwasher and the grill and all were up to expectations. Parking was totally fine. Two spots in front of the house, two cars fit in the garage and then two would fit on the driveway which is a bit of a slope so engage the parking brake. Check in was super easy. Check out was also simple - I appreciate the bare minimum when we are trying to get out on time. TVs were huge and plentiful. Views were breathtaking. Neighborhood - safe and quiet. Overall - five stars.

The whole house was amazing. We had a wonderful time there. The only thing i would say is the instructions for the sauna were not where it was supposed to be. We did finally find them, but didn't realize you needed at least an hour of wait prior to use. So if you want to use the sauna, prepare an hour in advance prior to use! and locate that red envelope.Everything else in the house was perfect. Would definitely come back. Parking wasn't great, so i would prepare yourself for that.

This was our second time staying here, and we know it won’t be our last! The home is absolutely perfect for our needs. We love cooking here - the kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole space is quiet and cozy. It was only a 5-minute drive to our wedding at Holiday Valley, which made everything so convenient. The house feels welcoming, well cared for, and truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We went for a bachelorette trip. The chalet was so nice. It was clean and very cozy. It was in a great location and only a few minutes from the town. The check in process was so easy and communication with the host was great. We will definitely be stopping again!

Really enjoyed our time in Ellicottville. The home was perfect for hosting our family Christmas! The main floor suite worked well for my grandparents who couldn’t do stairs. It was really nice to have the garage to park in and communication on the property was quick! Would stay here again

Awesome weekend getaway!

This house is in such an amazing location. Whether you want to go visit the town center or ski, you are close to it all! The house was clean, had a ton of appliances/equipment needed to cook, etc as well as tons of space. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in/out was also super easy. Definitely recommend for your trip!

Quiet Retreat

It was an enjoyable trip. We had an hour drive to the Grand canyon of the east. They were the second biggest waterfalls we ever saw. I can recommend this place.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, bright, and very well equipped. We stayed with 2 families (4 adults, 7 kids) and there was lots of room for us all. The kitchen was equipped really well with good quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Jaclyn was great at getting back to us with answers to our questions. I definitely recommend this great spot.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Host!

We loved our stay here. There is plenty of space and the decor/furnishings are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were all very spacious but the basement level felt like you have your very own place! The host is very accommodating and we appreciated the communication before and after our stay! If you need a place to stay near Holiday Valley...look no further. We will be back next year for sure!

Amazing location, fabulous amenities

This property was so excellent that we never even felt the need to go into town -- we cooked, relaxed, used the hot tub and the barrel sauna so much that we never need to leave. Clean property, just as listed and shown. Plenty of space to stretch out with two families, plus a few of our kids friends. And our host was also amazing and very responsive. Great place...highly recommend!
