Step into charm, comfort, and convenience at The Black & White House, a beautifully renovated 1900s farmhouse just four blocks from the Magnolia Silos and close to everything Waco has to offer. This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 7 total beds, making it the perfect home base for families, couples, or groups.

Inside, you'll enjoy a bright, open layout with tall ceilings, stylish black-and-white décor, and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals or snacks on the go, while the large dining table and cozy living area offer plenty of space to gather and relax. A dedicated kids' playroom provides extra space for little ones to enjoy their own adventures.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunk with trundle to sleep up to 12 guests. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to bathrooms, and most include their own seating areas.

Out back, unwind around the firepit, lounge in the outdoor seating area, or let the kids burn off some energy in the yard. The home also includes private gated parking for up to 4 vehicles, making arrival and departures stress-free.

The Black and White House was wonderful!!! It was perfect for my mini reunion with my ol' sorority sisters. We ate, we drank, we laughed, we hugged, we rested, and we restored our souls. The host was so very kind and responded quickly to questions. The beds and bedding was TOP NOTCH. Everything was clean and beautiful. We will be back.

Sctp regional championships

Great stay woth another family, our kids were shooting in the regional championships 15.min away. It was great to be able to spend time there between events.Loved that it was in a great location close to plenty of things to do within walking distance.

Wonderful!!!

Such a great comfortable cottage! Girls trip! Everyone loved the house and were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities! Well stocked with paper products and other kitchen items most places require you to purchase. Great bathroom supplies. Just a cute cottage perfect for us!! Great location also! Comfortable beds!! Loved the house!!

The house was convenient, easy to find, close to the interstate and close to everything in the downtown, literally just 3-5 minutes to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! The entire house was clean and check-in was easy. The air conditioner was great as were the fans located in every bedroom. We had a question at one time and the host responded very quickly. The check out list of things to do was quite minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but the time we did spend was very relaxing. It suited our needs perfectly! Highly recommend it! The only thing I did not give a 5 star rating was the neighborhood. We felt safe there, but it appears the neighborhood is in transition (from good to better) but the owners certainly can do nothing about that! Again - highly recommend

Eclipse and Magnolia

This house is adorable! Location couldn't be better--we walked almost everywhere. There were 10 of us, and this house fit us all. The hosts were super generous with towels, bath supplies, kitchen equipment and staples, and there was even a basket with snacks and eclipse glasses! They responded to my questions immediately. Outdoor fire pit was lovely. If we ever have another reason to go to Waco, we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent House!

We absolutely loved the house. Everything was just as it was pictured. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 women. All of the accoutrements were a welcomed benefit. The listing (and others similar to it) really boast how close of a walk the house is to the Silos. However, we didn't feel entirely comfortable with the neighborhood to actually walk anywhere. But honestly, everything was excellent. Nothing that can be changed but it was a bit odd that there wasn't at least a half bath not in a bedroom - all of the bathrooms are en suites to a bedroom. Truly our only complaint is that wasn't any hangers. There are amazing closets but being girls traveling with dresses, we weren't able to hang them up. Highly recommend staying at this house and checking out Waco. Such a hidden gem!

Waco for Mother's Day Weekend

We came on Friday from all over the US to have a weekend in Waco specifically the Silos. The check-in/arrival was seamless. The home was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. We divided up the bedrooms and celebrated being together.(We dined at Magnolia Table! Highly recommend! Make reservations when you book your stay!)Parking at the house was generous. We had 4 cars between us & everyone had plenty of room. We were very close to the Silos and spent the next day there.(Magnolia Press Coffee Co! Not just for coffee! Teas too! And be sure to go to the Silos Baking Co early. It gets a long line later. Get cupcakes! Love lemon? Don't miss the Lemon Cookie Pie.)We cooked breakfast one morning. The kitchen has everything you'll need. We ordered Cajun dinner from across the street at Cajun Craft. Also Delicious!!! The table was large enough to seat everyone and we had a good evening playing games. The home is spacious and lovely and we had privacy too in bedrooms w/ individual baths. Note: 1 of the bedrooms doesn't have it's own bath so that couple had to go through another's bedroom in the night. Plan accordingly.One more thing. This host is awesome! The neighboring house has lights strung across its driveway attached between our houses. They were on until EARLY AM the first night. I texted our host and they contacted the neighbors and made sure that the lights were out by 10 the next night! Above and beyond!I highly recommend this property if you're coming to Waco, it's GREAT!
