Brand new construction! King bed in two rooms, each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Twin beds in both secondary bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

The Space:

You will receive a 4-digit guest access code before your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms (two with king beds and two with twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, backyard, patio, and garage. Enjoy amenities such as the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and free parking. The property is suitable for children and infants.

Our Green Retreat is located in a convenient Waco neighborhood, perfect for exploring the city. You're just a short drive from Magnolia Market, a popular destination for shopping and dining. Baylor University is also nearby, offering a range of activities and events. The downtown area, with its diverse restaurants and shops, is easily accessible. The neighborhood is a great base for your Waco adventures. Enjoy the tranquility of the area while still being close to all the action.
