Das Simplicity House ist alles andere als einfach. Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 ½ Bädern verfügt über ein komfortables Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Gesprächsbereich, offen zum Esszimmer und zur Küche. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt zwei Veranden, eine vor dem Haus und eine hinter dem Haus. Beides ist der perfekte Ort, um morgens einen Kaffee oder abends ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Von diesem Haus aus sind Magnolia, Baylor, das McLane Stadium, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Das neue Waco Center of Art, in dem auch Firmen- und Hochzeitsveranstaltungen stattfinden, befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn Sie eine Hochzeit oder eine andere Veranstaltung planen, setzen Sie sich bitte im Voraus mit dem Eigentümer in Verbindung, um zu versuchen, dieses Haus und ein oder zwei andere Häuser direkt nebenan zu reservieren, damit Ihre Gruppe zusammen bleibt. The property was perfect for us. The en-suite bathrooms were great. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and the location was close to all the shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely wonderful!

First ever "sisters" trip...We could not have asked for things to be more perfect. From booking, communication with host (who is AMAZING), location, cleanliness...I could go on and on. I've stayed at many homes through VRBO, and this was by far the best. Charmaine was so helpful, easy to communicate with, and just an overall great person. Her attention to details and excellence are definitely apparent!

Home Away from Home

We came to Waco for a birthday celebration. The Simplicity house was perfect for what we needed and it felt just like home. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so for 3 ladies, it was perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings, played games at the kitchen table, and felt right at home!! Thank you Charmaine for your hospitality! We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect place for family and friends!

The home was decorated so cute and everthing was fully thought out. Every amenity that you could think of was available. We were 3, 60+ year old ladies and there was plenty of space for us. We each enjoyed having our own bed and bath. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this property!

Great house

Our family from Washington and Florida was visiting and we decided to take them for a night to Waco. This sweet house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. The small touches throughout were tasteful and everyone absolutely loved the privacy of their own bathroom in their room. The kitchen was fully stocked with the best little coffee bar set up. Such a great house, I would highly recommend this home and if we ever make it back to Waco, we will definitely stay here again.

Great home base in Waco

A comfortable and well decorated home with many amenities! Great location for walking to restaurants, Magnolia, and shops. Very clean, separate climate control in every bedroom. Safe place to stay

This was our first trip to Waco and there was 5 of us-girls trip. Def felt safe and after looking around the area, so glad we stayed where we did! Secure parking around back, walking distance to downtown & house was loaded with everything and more that we would have needed! Maybe bring an alarm clock if you don’t like using your cell phone other than that not a detail missed!

Updated Clean Great Location

Our family loved this completely updated, clean and spacious home. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and there is gated parking as well. The location is walkable to Magnolia and any other sites around Magnolia. Owner communicated clearly and was a wonderful hostess!

This house is adorable and very clean. You can walk to the Silo's and downtown. Charmaine doesn't forget a thing, snacks, coffee, cold water in the fridge, full size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. We had a great stay!

I was once a pro soccer player and after soccer, I found myself being drawn toward real estate and hospitality. Very strange, since I studied neither during my years at North Carolina State University, in Raleigh, NC. I also love the idea of beautifying the neighborhood by fixing up this home and the two other homes next door, creating comfortable, relaxing home away from home strays for guests during their visits to Waco.

I absolutely love bringing homes back to life. I saw this house as not only a challenge but also an opportunity to start the process of fixing up this once thriving neighborhood, one house at a time. This one hundred year old home had some wonderful character that we were able to save a little bit of. With a mix of old and new character, we were able to revive this once beautiful home.

This home is located very close to all the action of downtown Waco, including the soon to be Brazos Riverwalk Development. Baylor University and McLane Stadium is just across I-35 and Magnolia's Silos are a short walk away. There are also a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the home.
