So wonderful!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Don personally walked us around when we arrived and told us where everything was. We loved the morning breakfast available in their shop downstairs. It felt like we found a real gem. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our recent stay was very enjoyable and Don and Tamilyn are excellent hosts. We have been going to OOB forever so our top priority is being close to the beach and this fit the bill. It's an easy walk to the water, close enough but not too close to the Pier, and on-site parking makes the week easy. The unit was very quiet, spacious and clean, great bathroom and shower, comfortable beds. The kitchen is small but we eat out while there anyway. Free coffee and muffins in the morning is a nice touch. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great beach stay

Don and TamiLyn are wonderful hosts. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. They provide everything you could need for a stay just one block from the beach. There’s a patio and a grill if you care to do any cooking and otherwise, you can eat delicious food in their restaurant. Super clean! Fully stocked supplies. Great location.

Perfect

Absolutely best place to stay. Beach path access directly acrossed the street, walk to pier is like 6 or 7 minutes, which me and my 10 year old daughter did repeatedly throughout each day. Made it nice to not be staying directly in the middle of the crowded areas, but easy walking distance. I only took my car out once in 4 days, just to drive it down the strip a bit . Would definitely recommend.

Nice surprise

Cute, clean, and newly renovated little apartment. Only one short block from the beach. The nice new washer and dryer is great. The owners, Don and Tammy want you to feel at home and they do a fantastic job. Don is a great resource for things to do in the area, and where to eat. The smell of the pizza making its way to the apartment from the nice little restaurant downstairs was intoxicating. And tasty! The only negative is the proximity to the railroad tracks. It's almost impossible to get away from it if you want to be near the beach though. Ear plugs would take care of that. Keep up the good work guys!

A True Gem

Don and Tami were amazing hosts. This apartment was in a perfect location. Steps from the beach, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of OOB, and a quick 5-10 minute drive into Saco. The aparment was clean and spacious for myself and my 3 teenage boys. The restaurant was delicious and super convenient!! The amenities that were included made it even easier. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality Tami and Don!!

Great time at OOB. The location was great and was exactly as I expected! The train is close by and you do hear it but if you’ve been to OOB, it’s to be expected.

Amazing rental

Amazing rental from start to finish. Apartment was exactly as described with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable & the shower is amazing! Don & Tami were wonderful hosts. Restaurant below had delicious food with fast service. We’ve already booked for next year.

Very nice

My wife and I only stayed for a couple days and really enjoyed the shirt time here. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners Don and Tami are so nice and will make sure that you are taking care of as well as help you immediately with anything you need. We had great conversations with them while we had breakfast and coffee in their store below where we stayed, which they own. You have your own parking right next to the entrance to where you will stay. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and about a 10 minute walk to the pier. We would absolutely stay again if we had a chance and would recommend to everyone. Thanks Don and Tami for your hospitality.

Walk to beach, delicious home cooking downstairs

The apartment above Tami Lyn's place is a true gem. It has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. We could not hear commotion in the store/cafe downstairs. Our young girls were able to nap midday and go to sleep early with no concerns for distractions. Tami is very welcoming and a fantastic cook. While there weren't many eateries open due to our stay being in the very early part of the season, we were not disappointed because everything we needed was downstairs. The apartment is spacious and also cozy. We have already promised our girls we will be back. The littlest wants more french toast!
