Immaculate, newly renovated one bedroom condo, two parking spots, across the street from the beach and minutes from the boardwalk (great restaurants, gift shops and amusement rides). Fun for the whole family. Take your morning coffee and walk to the beach for sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. We welcome you to enjoy the place we love! It's time to make your own memories. Three (3) Night Minimum. Ground Level.

*A friendly reminder that the Amtrak Downeaster train is a big part of Old Orchard Beach. The train runs briefly behind the property throughout the day and becomes a fun part of your vacation experience .

This place was PERFECT for our family. Literally seconds away from the beach, which was super convenient because we had toddlers and baby with us and they walked right over no problem. The train was loud, but it didn’t bother us at all and the kids thought it was SO cool. Just a short walk to the pier as well and the place itself was spotless. 10/10!

We had a great stay here! The road to the beach is directly across the street and on the opposite side of the street is a store that has breakfast sandwiches and subs beer wine, and accessories for the beach. It was very convenient. Also, washers and dryers were free, which is a plus! we took advantage of that, and came home with all clean laundry. Over all great stay and we will be back

Great location to match excellent hospitality

Property at a great location. Kitchen was stocked with anything we would need from ice packs to pots and pans and everything in between. Plenty of paper products all around. Appreciate Susan’s patience with me as I’ve never used Vrbo or competitors before.From the board games to laundry basket and pods, to the beach chairs we could t have asked for more.

Stiff bed

Stayed here for 5 nights it was very clean, location was excellent with a little bit of a walk to the pier and rides. My one complaint about this place was the bed it was hard as a rock, very difficult to sleep on with the added noise of the train (which we knew about going into staying here) overall we really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the host was great as well! Had all of the cooking wear but would have been nice if there was a cutting board. Thank you

Thank you Cameron. We appreciate your honesty. The mattress is brand new and possibly not broken in yet. And the clear cutting board was on the counter in front of the coffee machine, which you may not have know that was what it was, so I will look for another type of cutting board, which stands out more obvious to guests. My daughter and I are beach lovers and everything summer. We could stay on the beach all day. My husband, not so much. We are a family that likes to try new things - From random road trips to target practice and axe throwing. We work full time and our daughter is in college. I volunteer at the local food pantry and love planning get togethers with family and friends for cook outs, pizza or game night. We love this area and hope you will too.

We are located right across the street (500ft) from the beach and walking distance to all the local activities. You will not need your car once its parked. The unit has been recently renovated and furnished. New queen memory foam mattress and full size pull out sofa, lines, towels, stocked kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, microwave and Keurig. It is cozy and comfy.

There are two (2) tandem parking spots with this unit. The Common Area has the laundry room with free washers and dryers. As well as activities for those raining days. This location is only a short drive to surrounding Maine cities; Saco, Ogunquit and York Beach. For those days you want a change of scenery.
