Upstay presents this 16-guest capacity, 8-bedroom home located at the Bella Vida Resort. Theme parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. The home features a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. Each bedroom has a smart TV and the whole house has complimentary wireless high speed internet. Guests also receive full access to the resort facilities which include a large community pool, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and a fitness centre.

The Space:
Step inside our fabulous hideaway, which boasts 8 dazzling bedrooms! Yes, you heard that right, eight! Bring along your entire crew, your extended family, or a bunch of your BFFs because this place can sleep up to 16 guests – and then some, if you're feeling cozy. And what about the bathroom situation, you ask? Fear not, for we've got 5 pristine bathrooms, with TWO ensuite to pamper you like royalty! No more waiting in line in the morning.

If you fancy yourself a top chef, then the fully equipped kitchen is your new playground. High-end appliances, including a dishwasher, are ready to make your culinary dreams come true. The dining table can seat up to six – perfect for a little dinner party! Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill.

Not a moment of boredom here – every single bedroom comes with a Smart TV, and there's more in the living room and loft! Netflix and chill, anyone? Stream your favorites or indulge in some guilty pleasures to your heart's content. Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc.).

You can park on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. There's additional parking at the clubhouse. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Plus, we've got enough sports courts to make your head spin, a fancy-schmancy clubhouse, and a whopping 15 acres of jaw-dropping lakes – insta-worthy, for sure!

- The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

- Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service or $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

- Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.

- We're happy to deliver:
