Thank you for the "exceptional" rating :) Sorry to see you leave a 4 star. We noticed the pool was dirty when we arrived to clean and called our pool guy immediately. It was clean when you arrived, but 3 days later dirty and cloudy. If you alerted us, we could have sent him out and avoided our first 4 star review of this property.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The home was spacious and had so many features our family really valued, especially the game room and the fenced-in pool. We also loved having access to the community center, which had two waterslides, a splash pad, a large pool, and a center with shops and activities. One of our favorite parts was the location right across the street from a large private kids park. It had a great layout for little ones, and the castle design made it feel extra special and fun.We also really appreciated all of the thoughtful supplies that were included, like shampoo, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and even Lysol wipes. This is the first time we have stayed somewhere with so much provided, and it made a big difference.Laura was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we had trouble figuring out the AC and fridge settings, they replied very quickly and helped us right away. Overall, this was a great stay with excellent amenities, thoughtful touches, and a very attentive host.

Communication with this host was top level... We had to make some last minute requests and they accommodated our asks and set expectations. Out of the three houses I have rented near the parks this was the best/easiest experience... 10/10 would recommend and will be back

Just completed a month long stay at this home and it was fantastic! The home was very clean, spacious and as advertised. The pool and hot tub which we opted to heat, were a big highlight! We enjoyed them even during chilly weather in February. The beds were very comfortable which isn’t always the case with rental homes and there are 3 king bedrooms which is a big plus. Communication was flawless with laura the property host. She was very helpful with our questions and quick to respond. One minor issue was resolved immediately. Walking the dog in this neighborhood was enjoyable and everyone nearby was friendly. We truly felt at home during our stay. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back again soon.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! Property was exactly as described. Clean, perfect space for our family of 12, and perfect location to all activities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Family/kid friendly resort area. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. We would absolutely stay here again!

My God-given gifts are hospitality and service, so that has made hosting vacation homes such a perfect fit for me and our happy guests!!

I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.

We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.

Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.

Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our first vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions and the resort we chose is known as the closest to Disney, but is very private.

We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Windsor Hills has a long-standing reputation for being the most family-friendly, safest resort in the area.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The location is perfect! Right across from the large playground known as "the Dragon Playground" and just .3 to the resort/clubhouse. You can fit 4 cars in the drive instead of the normal 2 as well.
