We had a grand time. Everything worked as expected and no corners were cut anywhere. All games had all parts to them, the children really enjoyed those as well. 10/10 experience, would do it again.

We stayed here comfortably with 5 families and had no need to leave the property all week! The kids loved playing in the water all day and enjoyed playing games on the screened in porch at night.

We had a great time at Lake Anna! The check in process was easy and the house as well as all the amenities were the perfect compliment to our spring break getaway. We would recommend highly to anyone in the area looking for a place for a larger group to stay!

This is an amazing, huge, and high quality home for lots of family or friends. We had an amazing time and everyone had a good amount of space to stretch out and all the amenities were perfect. Communication was quick and there are so many little touches like the little popcorn and snack station outside the movie theater.

GREAT PROPERTY NEEDS LOTS OF MAINTENANCE. Fabulous beach and equipment for young kids. No beach chairs. Nice towels in bathrooms and for the beach. WIFI good in half the house Broken bed that needed to be propped up by books. Leak in the kitchen sink. Movie Room had a mouse nest and sofa broken. Doors don't lock. Master bedroom plumbing does not work. and shower head falling apart. Covers to outside furniture cracked and does not work. Hot tub temp control does not work. Outside house maintenance is pathetic. Grass needs cutting and bushes need trimming. No ice maker for a large crowd. Had only 1 wine glass. Not enough silverware. No dish towels. Family room table broken and dangerous. Lots of lights not working. Having said all that we had a good time but for the money expected more.

Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful Property!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to attractions but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved the outdoor space and cozy decor. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great House

The property was really comfortable and lovely. The view from the kitchen/living room/ dining area is great. It was very well equipped and stocked. We had a great time, even in cold weather.

An amazing home in a fantastic location. We used this home for a company offsite/retreat. It was prefect. Very private, enormous lot, with huge lake front area. Great boat dock, beach and fire pit area. The house was so large I don't think we got to use parts of it, but there is something in this house for everyone. The host was super communicative and we had a great time.

Great place to stay

The house was beautiful great location. The windows on the outside were covered with Spider webs and the deck furniture were covered with ants. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and would go back there in the future.
