No beach view but only a couple minute walk. Pool very clean and warm. House clean. Easy check in and check out. Walkable to a couple restaurants. Parking is more for only two vehicles. Watch the steps upstairs. Two of us fell. No major injuries tho. Hous is definately worth renting. Would rent again

Five Wonderful Years with SPI Rentals

This was our second year in this home, and our 5th year on the island. We have truly enjoyed working with SPI Rentals. Service is always prompt and staff so very courteous. This year Joey, from maintenance, came promptly to fix the start button on the washing machine. He was so wonderful by staying and taking time to show this 67 year old how to look for live stations on the tv. Even though this tv didn't have the spectrum app, he showed me how to find all the amazing shows available. We will always go through SPI Rentals for our renting needs. Thanks for another great January and February! See you next year!

Excellent Location, Exactly As Described

This was our first family vacation with our children as adults with significant others and our first time on the island and this house was exactly what we needed! Everyone had their own space, the pool was wonderful, location to the beach, grocery, gas and liquor stores was ideal! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Vacation

SPI Rentals scores again. Great house, plenty of space for a larger family. It is an older beach house with some age showing but still a good place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. SPI Rentals was on top of the only issue we had, their customer service is the best I've experienced on the island.

This house had almost everything you would want! It was steps away from a beach access, but not on the busy road. Having a personal and private pool was outstanding. The house was well equipped and very spacious, plenty of room for 8 people. Would definitely recommend this house!

We really enjoyed the stay everything was like I was told. The water at the swimming pool it was extremely hot. Like Hot tub.

Very nice property

This property was great, it had almost everything that we needed.The pool was great and it was a bonus that it was able to be heated.The only complaint that I have was that the bed in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable, it dipped really bad in the middle and it creaked really loud. Other than that, our stay was great!

We had trouble with the refrigerator at first but it got better on the second day. Also the trash outside was full from the previous visitors and we had to call to get someone to come out and take some trash out so we can keep filling it. Overall great stay!

The property could use some love but is livable, the dishwasher did not work when we got there but was replaced, ice maker does not work and needs to be fix, ether wise everything was fine

Big house, great location! Had some issues but response was good. For this price point we expected no issues. Seems like property needs more preparation.

Beautiful house. Quiet area and comfortable

Overall very nice. It would have been nice if they had supplied some cleaning items like dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. we have stayed at many VRBO’s and they have all had some supplies. There wasn’t even a broom. We purchased and left many things there.

Vacation

There were a few issues the ceiling fan in the 3 floor bedroom didn't work, the oven didnt work, the bed on the 2nd floor was leaning to one side couldn't sleep the day's that we were there and the propane in the bbq pit ran out of fuel in the middle on my cookout. The rest of the place had no more issues and the pool was great.
