This oceanside retreat is just a mere 300 feet from the water's edge of our private community beach. Our guests rave about the spectacular views, especially the sunrises which are second to none. Our home is walking distance to the sound side where you can enjoy equally as spectacular sunsets while enjoying your beverage of choice at The Village Table and Tavern.

We go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with complimentary linens, bath towels, and beds made for your convenience. As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the Sea Ridge community pool, providing a refreshing oasis for relaxation and fun. We also offer a selection of complimentary amenities to enhance your vacation experience including beach chairs, and beach umbrellas.

The Grey Goose is a multi-level home designed to accommodate your family's needs and preferences. On the third level, you'll find a massive primary bedroom with a private deck that offers a stunning ocean view, perfect for those seeking a bit of solitude and serenity. Relax in the comfortable pub chairs and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the amazing views of the stars and the evening sky with an evening beverage.

The second floor, or main level, features a spacious great room where you can unwind and socialize, making it the heart of the house. The full sized kitchen is well-equipped to ensure that meal preparation for your crew is a breeze. An outside gas grill is provided and includes complimentary propane refills. For your convenience you'll find a washer and dryer on the main level as well. Also on the main level is a bedroom and full bath. The ground floor has two bedrooms and shared full bath

Each of our bedrooms features new flat-screen televisions with cable, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during downtime. Both decks are furnished with comfortable seating, making them ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze and spectacular picturesque views. The community pool is just steps away for those who prefer a relaxing swim.

Outdoor amenities include a full sized outdoor shower and changing room as well as a foot wash making it easy to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. Get your workouts in at the basketball hoop.
