Sit back and curate special moments with your loved ones amidst the comfortable seating and large TV in the living room on the second floor. When hunger strikes, the adjacent full kitchen there is well-prepared to host all of your culinary creations with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and expansive breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom will quickly become your own private haven with its high ceilings, TV, and large en suite bathroom. Take a moment to invest in yourself while unwinding in the jetted tub and utilizing the dual sinks. No matter which room your loved ones are calling your own, they will be comfy amongst the nautical decorations and central air-conditioning. The additional interior perks extend to the kitchenette, laundry room, and Pack-N-Play.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
