Dies ist ein atemberaubendes und geräumiges Strandhaus für 10 Personen. Dieses 4BR / 3. Das 5BA House bietet viel Platz für alle. Es gibt Wohnzimmer auf jeder Etage sowie private Decks. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.

Dies ist ein Haus, das man mit viel Schlafplatz bietet! Es gibt ein King-Size-Schlafzimmer, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Queen-Size-Bett. Im dritten Schlafzimmer bekommen Sie ein Doppelbett sowie ein ausziehbares Bett. Einer der zwei Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa. Das letzte Schlafzimmer ist der coolste. Das Zimmer ist ein großer Raum, wobei den größten Teil der dritten Etage. Es gibt ein Spielzimmer, TV-Raum, Bar-Raum, und natürlich hat 1 Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett zur Seite. Die Koje ist ein Full-Bett auf dem Boden und zwei an der Spitze.

Es gibt Patios auf jeder Etage. Sie genießen draußen die Sonne genießen zu essen Ihre Mahlzeiten sitzen.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer exklusiven Gated Eigenschaft innerhalb der Villen von South Padre befindet. Diese Gemeinschaft hat ihre eigenen privaten beheizten Pool, Whirlpool und Tennisplätze. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, gleich um die Ecke. Die Landschaft ist phänomenal. Es gibt viele üppigen Palmen und tropischen Blumen in dieser wunderbaren Gemeinschaft.

Great location

This house is out dated and beaten up a bit 3rd floor wont cool off, overall its a decent place in a great location if you have Family or friends in the area they are not allowed to visit, house has no grill witch is a big deal for us as we like to cook at home and grill out it was our first time to the island I would look more into houses next time make sure amenities fit us but if the restrictions work for you its a good place

Great location and perfect for family vacation

Plenty of room for ten people. Three floors and each floor has its own living room space and balcony. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood has a security guard and one that walks around in the evening that we saw. Short walk to the beach. We brought a wagon to carry our chairs etc which was very useful. Recommend!

Great location, property coincides with price paid.

As others have stated the house is very outdated but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay on SPI. We found it comical that as you went up the stairs the TV's got a little bigger and modern, that said, it would be nice if the TV in the living room on the ground level was a smart TV that has the ability to watch Netflix. I could nitpick a lot of things but you have to keep in mind "you get what you pay for." The price per night for this property is more than fair. I wouldn't say that its a stunning beach house.

Lovely 3 story home with the typical area layout, high ceils, tile floors, beach decor. Lots of room for individual privacy and communal spaces, good beds. The only minor things were the wireless not reaching the ground floor kitchen and no grill provided. Lots of stairs. Super convenient to the beach and turtle rescue attractions

The location was perfect! We loved the neighborhood. Short walk to beach and pool! The home was very big, plenty of room for us to spread out but defiantly needs updating. There was a leak in the garage, we had trouble getting hot water in upstairs showers, and no grill. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

SB - Great location!

The location is unbeatable! It is in a gated community with 24/7 security and is walking distance to the beach that also has gated access. There is a pool, and it is walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars. There is also a lot of space for big groups. Our only thing is that the appliances and furniture need to be updated.

Our 2 month stay here was very good. We had a couple of issues early on and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Melissa and Billie were wonderful!! Being within easy walking distance to the beach was a huge plus for us as well as being within a nice gated community. The only big disappointment for 2 of us was the pool not being heated. They did have a hot tub. Also I do think the stairs might probably be an issue for some.

Can’t have family over to visit

I booked this house 10 months out to have family visit and then told 1 week before no family is allowed on property to visit. Interior of property is run down. NOT a premier property. No grill. Not a fenced in yard for dogs. 3rd floor too hot and doesn’t have its own air conditioner. Truly only sleeps 7 comfortably. Beat up dorm room furniture on first floor. Ugg lots of money spent for inferior stay.

The location to the beach and the views of sunrise/sunset were a part of our magical week.Rent On Padre/Melissa was very attentive to some odds and ends. This made our stay feel special. The only negative I have is that the house needs some general maintenance and window covers, but overall, I would likely stay again. I would especially use Rent On Padre again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very well maintained. The only disappointment was not being able to have any guest in the home besides the ones staying at the location. Only ten bands are given and that includes children. Besides that felt very safe, clean, and very spacious, some rooms could of used blinds to keep sunlight out in the morning. Access to the beach and pool are a short walk away. Would stay there again if it were only one family going.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed staying at this 3-story house. It had 4 bedrooms with a couple of balconies and great beach access and pool access. The guard at the entrance when we arrived was very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. The emailed instructions were easy to read through and helpful too. We travelled with a 3 year old and 1 year old twins and the house is not baby proof in the least. We were never able to connect to the wifi, even after speaking with management. The showers did have some black mold at the bottom and the upstairs tub is slippery. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the amazing pool which was very kid-friendly. We also loved the beach access that had a family friendly crowd. Since this is in a gated community you will feel very safe staying here. I would certainly stay here again so long as the above features are fixed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering. My elderly parents stayed in the bedroom bath on the bottom floor, where the living area is, so they didn't have to navigate stairs. Hubby and I stayed on the very private second floor suite, while the kids and grandkids had the top floor to themselves. Perfect. I am a serious "foodie", though, and the kitchen equipment was sorely lacking. I'm very glad that I brought a suitcase full of items from homes to cook with and that Walmart was not far away in Port Isabella, as I had to purchase a few items that I consider kitchen basics (measuring cups, hand mixer, cookie sheet). If you always eat out, you'd never miss these.

Dated and not very clean.

I don’t normally leave negative feedback. My family and I stayed at this property 11/25-12/3. Upon arriving we were told “yeah, we know there were leaks, we’ve had a lot of rain”. The garage smelled so musty and it looked as if mold was growing. The unit could use a deep clean and some additional cookware. We ended up buying a few pans as the ones the unit had weren’t in good condition. The master bedroom ceiling looked to have had a patch work repair done recently as well as a towel bar missing in the bathroom. The beds are all very hard. Also the listing states heated pool. This was incorrect. They stopped heating the pool on 11/27. It was freezing and we could not use it.

Needs paint and cleaning

The unit needs deep cleaning and paint. There is obvious patching from leaks and there will continue to be because caulk is gone in bathrooms. The electric grill listed was gone and noone told us. We brought our own Keurig. It needs better supplies so that shirt term tenants don't have to bring everything and one larger table in the downstairs so everyone can eat together. Loved the mural and decks. Update the place and add some beach chairs maybe even a little wagon, some matching glassware and service for the ten you have it listed for and it would be much better. Sliding doors on top don't lock so that could be a safety issue. I noticed on past reviews these things were noted and not fixed. I would probably look for a diff rental if we come back to the area unless this one was updated. The beds were good but the comforters also should be cleaned as well. We stay at VRBOs a lot and this was the worst as far as updating we have stayed at.

Very Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners should have more pride in their rental Property. The furnishings are old, and the sofas disgustingly filthy. Needs an update throughout if they want to charge the same as the nicer homes in subdivision. We were supposed to receive a "welcome" pkg upon arrival, that we were charged for, but instead, the security guard decides to show up at the house at MIDNIGHT to drop off wrist bands. No welcome pkg. We saw ants in kitchen. Killed several cockroaches. Remote controls had broken covers. Washer/dryer were rusted and gross. Basically, the only positive things about this rental would be the space, and Melissa was nice to work with. We have been coming to Padre for 40 years and this has to be the worst rental we have stayed in, as far as cleanliness. We love the island and will be back, but we would not stay there again.

Looks Nice But Needs Work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is located in a very nice gated community but it is located next to condo's and it got very noisy right about midnight when we were going to sleep. It's a really nice home but there were several issues that need to be fixed:As soon as we arrived we needed the internet but it took us an hour or so just to get the correct password.The kitchen faucet dripped constantly.The 2nd floor powder bath sink had no running water.The Master bathroom tub/curtain had pink mildew and made me feel dirty just showering in it.The Master bedroom had hair/dust balls floating around on the floor by the bed.The 3rd floor toilet needed to be fixed within the tank just to keep it from running.And there were no shades or curtains on the 2nd/3rd floor windows making it very hot during the day and no allowance for sleeping in the morning (with the exception of the MB).We've never had this many issues with any of the homes we've rented on SPI so honestly, we won't be returning.

Nice location and complex

The gated complex was secure, nice pool and beach access. There was a shower leak and evidence that the leaking has been occurring for some time in 3rd floor shower. There was one 8x8 baking dish but not one other baking dish in the unit. The grill provided was electric and in disrepair. Replacement grill never came during our stay. Mold in showers, when it rained, water ran through the garage. Sheetrock was already mold ridden. Needed a lot of TLC. We reported the. Shower leak as well as an electrical problem in the main kitchen lights and many light bulbs and lamp not working upon our arrive. Maintenance came, called shower and replaced all but one light bulb (over dining table) If another rental in the complex became available, would consider renting but would not rent the same unit. Cooking options within the unit forced us to eat out all evening meals creating a bigger expense to our vacation budget. Side note. The instructions for departing the unit included instructions not to make the beds slept in so the cleaning service knew what beds needed clean sheets. Gross, it’s possible if the renter before you didn’t read this, you’d be sleeping in someone else’s used bedding.
