It is a main house with everything equipped with a back unit for other guests totally independent only the laundry is shared with other guests, both have independent entrances, rooms, bathrooms and private spaces mentioned.

You can enjoy free parking on the property, your assigned parking space is on the right side, the property is a main house with a small rear drive for other guests who will park on the left side.

Disappointed

We were not able to access the property. The property was very dirty. Communication with host was null. I had to find another place for lodging. I was very disappointed and disgusted with the reservation.

Could’ve been so much better

Not impressed! Property is in very undesirable area. Trash littered the driveway and property from piled high trash can. Beds were made with used linen ( my daughter woke up with hives) The “complimentary” towels had hair in them. Bathroom was dirty and out dated, the shower curtain was mildewed and the water pressure was non existent! The no working front porch light, only one tv and the cheapest linen you could buy.

I should have know right from the start that this would be a terrible experience. The owners would not communicate anything with me until 45mins before we were to check in. We get there and they are running around “cleaning”. Once we checked in, we looked around. I have photos of the unacceptable accommodations. I won’t say what looks like was on pillows because it is nasty. The walls were stained up and gross. The towels were stained. It was supposed to accommodate 6 adults but has one couch that may fit two grown men. No chairs, nothing else to sit on. I suppose the floor is what they expected. The house next door is boarded up and so is a home across the street. This was an absolute NOOOOO! We ended up at a hotel. None of our party would stay at this house so we had to get hotel rooms. Do better VRBO!!!!

Nasty, i will never stay at this place ever again

The front yard was full of trash when we pulled in, the air conditioning was set on 60, the actual temperature of the house was 79 until sometime in the morning it cooled down to 74, the beds were as hard as the floor, I was in the military, I've slept on the ground, and in trucks, these beds were so hard that you were constantly turning during the night because your body side would hurt from the bed, THATS FOR REAL!!!! Every wall in the house was nasty, there were smudges all over every wall, EVERY FREAKING WALL!!! I notified someone with a picture of the thermostat... no response .... i tried getting a code for the door a few times that morning before we got there, ... nothing until @ an hour before we got there ... and no reply to any other messages .... First thing in the morning we were woke up by taps on the floor, I look in the hallway and there was a freaking rat ... 6in tall sitting upright in the hallway, not a mouse ... a freaking rat !!!! Do not ever stay here, VRBO will be notified with photos..

Booked this property for my son's birthday get away trip, was in a good location for everything we planned on doing. Could have been a little cleaner and stocked but other than that it was a easy and comfortable stay.

Bait and Switch

We agreed to rent the property listed above. At the last minute the contracted property was "suddenly" under renovation. Was offered an alternative property, which was smaller, but we were told over the phone would allow us parking for the next day at Busch Gardens. Only to find that after we had agreed to these new terms, that they revoked their parking offer. Unreliable property owners like this make us hesitant to do business with VRBO in the future.

PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING. Me and my family were going to be in town for a concert and booked this stay. I should have maybe know better before fully pressing that booking button. The check in process I had to ask for because the email that included the “check in instructions “ had none and that already was sketchy enough. However the property manager had responded with at least letting us know the address and information on the cleaning crew to advise them on our arrival. We get to the location of course my first thought was that it was in a bad location, like not a safe neighborhood. That was fine. We pull up to the house and immediately realize the front lawn is trashed and the trash can was overflowing. Maybe they had missed trash day, we could’ve gotten over that. when we walk into the house the fan in the living room doesn’t work and the home is HOT. We check the a/c and it’s reading 80. Once again something we could have gotten over. And maybe not because the outside in 93 degree heat felt nicer than inside. The walls were dirty like EVERY WALL IN THE HOME was some how dirty in every room which was odd if you have a cleaning crew why are ALL of the walls dirty. We looked at the towels mine was stained. We checked for bed bugs and uncovering the mattress there were stains. Later we realized that every smoke alarm had been taken off. Everything all at once especially for something guests are spending hard earned money on is not acceptable we ended up going home.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME!!

The place was filthy with crumbs and dirt on the couch and beds. There was no toilet paper and the toilet had pee stains and skid marks. One smoke detector was missing and the other was constantly chirping. We left right away and booked another home. We lost out on the money because the owner won’t send a refund or respond to us.

Nice rental for the price

The house seems to be settling or something, floors are messed up in some places and ceiling has cracks. Barely any water pressure in the shower. The yard was overgrown.

Very basic

So if you are bringing a family and expecting to cook and have dinners and watch TV don’t. There is only 1 love seat to sit on and minimal dishes. The place was clean and beds were comfy. The neighborhood is a little sketch but very quiet. For the price it’s amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean small home in great location

This small house was updated, clean and comfy. The exterior was well kept, and the yard service came during my stay. One love seat in the LR - bring camp chairs! 2 queen beds, 2 twins. The house was located 2 blocks from E Hillsborough Ave, a major E/W street. Grocery, coffee shops, etc nearby. I was able to bring my dog, which I really appreciate. I will rebook on my next visit!

There were no washcloths, and there wasn’t even a dish towel to wash dishes there was only 2 glasses to drink out of and there was three of us adults so we had to use coffee cups none of us drink, coffee overall the location and everything was pretty good

Spring Break trip

Communication with the owner was sometimes hard, I didn’t get check-in information until 6 hours before check in and never got check out instructions. The house was kind of bare, not much seating and or kitchen supplies. We were left with only a few towels and no way to wash them. Shower cabinet doors fell on us upon opening them. Location wasn’t the best for what we were doing but I guess I should’ve done more research.

The worst experience we've ever had in a short-term rental

This property is so awful we didn't even stay and had to find a hotel last minute for the group before our concert started. Communication was almost nonexistent, there was what appeared to be blood on one of the bedroom walls and baseboards, hair in the shower, stains on the ratty couch and mold on the bottom sides of the cushions...that is what we noticed in the first 30 minutes. They're was probably more, but we didn't stick around to find out.

Never! This is horrible

We didn't even stay there and we are trying to fight to get our money back because when got to the location we accidentally pulled into the neighboring unit the guy came out threatening us and his dogs were trying to attack us I had three small children with me we couldn't even say and I couldn't even go to my college graduation due to there was no other hotels everything was booked the grass was knee-high could not find we were supposed to get into our unit at there were ladies of the night down the street from there very not safe place 100% do not recommend the owners did not communicate very well with us and said that the other renters they could not control drove 6 hours to go down for my college graduation just to have to turn back around because there was no other hotels that were available.
