The Gatsby - 7BR Estate with Pool & Mini Golf

This home has recently been renovated down to the studs! Overflowing with 1930's historic charm, no expense has been spared in curating the ultimate vacation rental experience! Monticello Palace is just minutes from downtown San Antonio, located in a beautiful neighborhood of historic homes. The home offers a large 3,500 sqft main house with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, as well as a 900 sqft casita with a game space, 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Plenty of space to sleep up to 22 people maximum! 2 spacious living rooms, with one of them being an ENORMOUS room, means there will be no shortage of space for making incredible memories.

Once you go outside, you'll find a beautiful heated and chilled pool, with a roomy hot tub. Beyond that, an amazing putt putt golf course! And we don't mean a putting green...a legit putt putt course!

Hoping to keep the kids busy? In the Rec Room we have an Xbox One S that includes Xbox Game Pass, so they can download tons of games at no charge! We also have a shuffleboard table in there, and a stack of board games. Go outside and they can enjoy the pool, the putt putt course, or also play cornhole!

Indoor Living Spaces
- This home is packed with awesome spaces for your to hang out in! If entering through the front door, you'll be welcomed by an open entryway and a gorgeous formal living room. This living room has plenty of seating for 10-12 guests, as well as a 65" Smart TV.
** Head to the back of the house to see the enormous Rec Room, featuring a 12ft fire place, 75" Smart TV, Xbox One S + Game Pass, board games and a 9ft shuffle board table. A large wraparound sectional sofa is there, which also pulls out in to a queen size bed!
- Still looking for some privacy? Head out to the pool house and chill out in our 3rd private living room. A 65" TV and cozy seating await you!

Outdoor Activities
** Brand new HEATED and CHILLED pool. It will be comfortable for you to enjoy it YEAR ROUND! It's a 23' x 10' pool that is 4'11" deep throughout, with a nice ledge near the stairs for sitting with a drink.
** Spacious 7x7 hot tub
** Custom 9-hole mini golf / putt putt course
** Corn hole
** Gas Grill
** Outdoor dining table with space for 10!

Cooking
-The main house features an absolutely gorgeous kitchen that is FULLY STOCKED for our guests! We have ample dishware, silverware, etc. for all of the guests, and did not skimp on kitchen appliances and accessories.
- We have colanders, pots and pans, pasta pot, crock pot, baking sheets, dutch ovens, and even an AIR FRYER!
- COFFEE! We have made sure to provide plenty of options on the coffee side of things, with a traditional drip coffee machine being available, as well as an espresso machine, a french press and a pour-over carafe! We also stock locally roasted coffee beans for your enjoyment! For simplicity, we also have a keurig in the pool house, for those that just want a quick cup!
- The kitchen features an enormous custom island that can seat 6 guests, as well as an adorable breakfast nook with seating for 4 more.

Dining
- Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room space, decorated in the most gorgeous moody green color, with a gorgeous art deco dining table
- There is space at the formal dining table for 10 guests, with the kitchen seating visible and easily accessible, meaning up to 20 guests can share a meal together!

Sleeping Arrangements (7 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms)
MAIN HOUSE DOWNSTAIRS
- Primary Bedroom: King Size Bed with a 65" smart TV, private access to the back yard and a luxurious, spa-like, ensuite bathroom.
- The Bunk Room: Outfitted with custom, built in bunk beds, that are twin size beds on top and fulls/doubles on the bottom. This room includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

MAIN HOUSE UPSTAIRS
- The Upstairs King: This room has a King Size Bed and stands out with it's awesome accent wall headboard! This room also has a 55" smart TV.
- The Flower Room: This room is distinctive for its flower wall and floor to ceiling pink paint! It's my daughters absolute favorite and has a comfy queen size bed.
- The Blue Room: This room includes 2 twin size beds and a queen bed, as well as a 40" smart TV. As parents of little ones, we think this room is PERFECT for a family with younger kids.

POOL HOUSE
- Bedroom 1: The first pool house bedroom has a dramatic accent wall and a king size bed. Kick back and catch up on your shows on the 55" smart TV
- Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a 55" smart TV!
