Great location for our purpose of being in town for a horse show at the MN fairgrounds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building was quiet. Safe neighborhood, adjacent areas great for morning walks and runs!

Great flat, clean, comfortable beds

We rented this for a family wedding shower, and three of us stayed. The only downside to the location was noise - thin walls and a lot of parties on the street.

Hi Susan. I’m sorry about the noise. It’s typically very quiet outside as it’s a residential neighborhood. In the future please feel free to reach out with any noise complaints and we can try to help.

Great place for wedding weekend

We had a son/brother’s wedding and wanted a place close to the venue. This place was exactly what we had hoped for. Enough space for 5 of us to spread out and get ready. It was clean, easy check-in/out instructions, access to many towels and many kitchen items made it a successful weekend for us.

Great Stay

I loved the apartment--beautifully decorated. Loved the kitchen and washer and drying in the unit. Fabulous space for entertaining and working. Brittany and Emily are delightful as hosts. I would stay there again. Wish the location was closer to Mac-Groveland, but drivable.

Comfortable and perfect stay!

I love that this unit had a lot of character and was also very comfortable. Great living area for all of us to have a nice chair to cuddle up and visit for hours. We didn’t need all the amenities, but they were there. Very close to Summit and grand Avenue and lots of great restaurants in the area, lots of cute shops, and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy place

We had a great stay and enjoyed the area. The flat was really clean and comfy. It was a bit of a surprise that it was not central a/c, but multiple window units. But it was not a problem and they all did really well in keeping us comfortable. Would totally stay here again.

U of M campus tour
