Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

A car is needed. Although close to town, both the road to the property is steep as is the driveway. While spectacular, this lovely home would not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children as driveway is steep and there are steps to main area of home.
