Ground Level: Inside, foyer area with games and half bath changing area. Outside, a hot/cold private outdoor shower with dressing area located in the covered parking area. There are also picnic tables so you can enjoy our door meals on your family vacation!
1st Level: Master Bedroom #1 with Private Bath ensuite with soaking tub and separate rainhead shower. Master Bedroom has front porch access, TV, and Ocean Views. There is a large covered porch on this floor off the main living area as well as another covered porch on the back of the house that overlooks the driveway and yard. Both Porches provide plenty of shade with relaxing ocean breezes. Shared Half Bath this level.
Floor #2: Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed, ocean views, and sound views. Bedroom #3 has queen bed, desk, oceanview and soundviews. Floor #2 also has a common sitting area that leads to a covered oceanview observation deck and soundviews can be seen from the center atrium. Shared Full Bath this level.
