**Pets**
Pets are allowed together with a pet fee of $250 per pet for the entire stay. We just ask to be advised beforehand on what kind of pet you are planning to bring.
**Early Check-in/Late Check out**
We do our best to accommodate all guest requests. Early check-in and late checkout are available based on capacity and come with an additional service fee, depending on the duration you need. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team for more information.
**Additional Amenities/Special Request**
For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Failure to provide this notice may hinder our ability to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.

**Maintenance**
Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.
**Mailboxes**
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
