The home features two large bedrooms with high ceilings and memory foam mattresses, a bright living room with a 65” smart TV with Netflix and IPTV channels, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Both bathrooms include a hygienic shower, and the upstairs shower features a hydromassage panel.
Step outside to your private patio, surrounded by flowering frangipani and fruit trees, perfect for breakfast or relaxed meals. The gas grill is located on the shaded north side of the house for comfortable barbecues, and a charming table on the front facade lets you enjoy sunsets among roses and frangipani shade.
Guests enjoy private parking, air conditioning, mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors, sun loungers and umbrellas for the pool, and beautifully maintained gardens in a peaceful setting with birdsong and fresh air.
