-The driveway provides a flat surface and offers relatively easy access to the front door, depending on the weather conditions.
-Parking for 3 cars.
-Tequila Splash scenic views of the surrounding woods & seasonal mountain views.
-Cable is not available at this cabin, but guests can enjoy streaming with Starlink internet.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
-Pets are welcome but require an additional fee.
-No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
-Street parking is not allowed.
-The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
-Smoky Cove community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
