Cabin was great. Lots of space but lots of light bulbs needing replaced Landscaping could use a little attention but still really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay, with lots of room for all of us. I Loved the kitchen, and the viesws were excellent. The young adults loved the game room, and everyone enjoyed the pool. The drive up to the house was Beautiful and we saw a couple bears. The location was perfect. I loved not being close to the all the tourists, yet close enough that it was a short drive to all the entertainment!!!

The house was not fully cleaned upon arrival. The shrubbery around the house was unkempt, and the pool area was full of leaves and had not been cleaned. The hot tub kept displaying error codes throughout our entire stay.There were a lot of broken items around the house, and the kitchen needs updated bakeware. The bathrooms had no locks, and the primary bedroom had no bathroom door.The two upstairs bedrooms were full of stink bugs and wasps. There was also a wasp nest on the ceiling, and we were given bug spray to use inside the house. And told This is the mountains, so these issues were especially concerning.The hot water heater went out, and we had no hot water for the first two days. Communication with the host was good, but overall, everything was inconvenient and resulted in a lot of wasted time.

The cabin was amazing, a beautiful location with an excellent layout for the entire family. The kitchen was excellent for preparing most of our meals and was an excellent place to relax. We enjoyed the theatre and hot tub. We can’t wait to return next year!

Specifically, a good deal of work is needed to bring the property back up to standard and ensure it is prepared for the upcoming summer rental season.

We greatly enjoyed our time here. The cabin was fantastic, great beds and cozy vibes. Loved the steam shower! The movie theater room was great and enjoyed every night. Beautiful back deck for coffee and views. We will definitely reconsider for our next annual trip to the Smoky Mountains!

Great mountain top experience !

Great property - we enjoyed the pool daily along with theater room, and views. Kitchen was great for meals with family. We had a big group and plenty of space to spread out. Near all the attractions we wanted to go to.

Fantastic family getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Big Bear Cabin! The property managers were very responsive to answer questions and ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. The house is spacious and so fun for a large group- something for everyone!!

Very relaxing

Jeremy’s cabin was fantastic! We stayed with a group of friends and enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer. The pool and hot tub were great and the theater room was awesome. Beautiful views too! Would definitely stay again.
