Great Time

Stephanie was excellent with communications. Location was great for access to all attractions and groceries. View from condo spectacular, property well maintained. Very nice to NOT have to cross A1A to get to beach, we highly recommend this property.

Ocean Front Escape

We had a lovely stay at this property and host communication was above and beyond expectations. The pool and beach are just steps away and the community is friendly and quiet which was perfect for our stay with daughter and toddler grandson. We found the property as advertised although somewhat smaller and more dated than anticipated. Regardless, it met all our needs and we enjoyed our visit greatly.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and clean. The complex was very pretty and the other people were very friendly. We had my mother with us and she appreciated the first floor location and the walk in shower. Only negative was no in-room washer and dryer. The complex does have a laundry room. Great beach getaway.

Beyond Pleased

The condo was everything described and more! Bill and Stephanie are so sweet and accommodating. The grounds, condos around us, and the people were amazing! Will definitely be staying again. I have 2 young daughters, aged one and six, and it was perfect for them. So nice to be on the first floor and steps away from the pool and the beach. Highly recommended!

Location location location!

We took our granddaughters to the beach for a week. The most important feature we looked for was for a location with a pool near the unit and a very short walk to the beach. The Beachside Escape certainly fit the requirements. The pool was just a few steps away and the beach was just beyond the pool. Everything in the unit itself was just as described. We had a great weekend with the girls.

Highly recommend this condo; it was a beautiful convenient vacation

This condo was on level one of the condo building and was beautiful. We had plenty of room for the three of us (husband, 85 yo FIL, and me) with two bedrooms and two baths. The Queen beds were extremely comfortable. We had a patio area to right outside our back door with just steps to the heated outdoor pool and then a few more steps to the beach and ocean. It’s the best of everything, swimming, beaching, and playing in the ocean with just a few steps. It was great. Plus, the owners of the condo were wonderful in helping us with a few requests that we had. We will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend this beautiful vacation oasis. Five star the entire time.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

We were in town for a wedding and to vacation. Property is located in the quieter part of the beach and close to grocery and other stores. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The pool is well maintained as well as the surrounding landscaping. Other vacationers friendly and respectful. They seem to have people who rent here every year. Property Manager was helpful. We were missing a blender and she brought us a top of the line Ninja blender to use for our smoothies. Would consider renting here again if we get the opportunity.

Lovely Location!

This condo had a great view and was steps to the beach and lovely pool. We really enjoyed our time there. Heads up for other travelers: there are no extra towels (only 2 per bathroom), no toilet paper or paper towels other than the little left on rolls when we arrived and no DVD player. Washer and Dryer are in a community area very close to this unit. Small things, but it's nice to be prepared! Janis was great to work with and very welcoming!

Wonderful Ormond Beach

Our stay at Stephanie's condo was wonderful. We especially appreciated that the bathrooms had been updated with safety bars and the ease of a ground floor unit with direct access to the pool and beach. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen provided all the equipment needed to cook full meals. The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and clean. One thing we had a bit of trouble with was getting in contact with the onsite manager who was never in her office and did not answer calls promptly. The condo owner Stephanie was very easy to contact and handled problems quickly. I would absolutely recommend the unit to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Ormond By The Sea! We hope to return very soon! Thank you Stephanie!

Amazing!

If you’re looking for a very nice condo steps from the pool and beach, this is your place! Our stay was quiet and relaxed and everyone was super friendly. Stephanie and Bill have thought of everything when equipping this updated condo. We had everything we would ever need and more. The ground floor makes it super convenient to run in from the pool for a snack or drink. If you’re wanting some nightlife, just travel a bit into Daytona but then come back to a home-like atmosphere. Don’t think twice about choosing this condo for your vacation! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful place on the ocean. Great beach access, no vehicular traffic for a mile and a half which makes beach walking quite pleasant. Easy access to both north and south attractions Verynpleasant owners, manager and fellow residents.

April Vacation

Though somewhat not descript from the road, this property offers a great view of the ocean from the unit and its patio. Unit was clean upon check in. Nicely done updates. Electrical outlets in primary bath were unusable (we were unable to plug in blow dryer, night light). I would have liked to have seen extra kitchen trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper. Pillow top mattress in primary bedroom was too soft. The property was convenient to grocery store and small restaurants.
